The property was very clean, the beds were so comfortable. The location was wonderful, near the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and the Broadmoor campus for access to restaurants and activities.

Lori and her husband were super responsive and helpful! There were some kind touches in the house like a small Christmas tree and some cute other Christmas decorations, snacks and drinks, and a good variety of coffee pods for the coffee lovers. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 is that you don’t have autonomy over the heater. Though I must add that Lori was super kind and kept the thermostat at a temperature that was convenient for us. Thank you for sharing your home with us, I would highly recommend her place!

This is an exquisite upscale VRBO for a fabulous price! It was immaculate, beautiful comfortable furniture, big eindows with great lighting, great offering of games to play, TVs, very spacious, nice private bedrooms, located in a stunning neighborhood, easy to get to attractions. I highly recommend it and would stay again!

This place was great for many reasons - the place was very spacious for our group of 3 (would be a bit tight if you had more than 5), it was very clean, communication with the owners was easy, and the location worked great for us! The only reason I rated it a 4 out of 5 was that it did not have a true kitchen. (to be clear, the description was accurate on VRBO - they did not claim a true kitchen), but it is easy to miss when looking at the pictures. While it had ample fridge room to keep things cold - there was not a freezer - so you could not keep ice cream at the place or any frozen goods, nor make ice or have ice for drinks when leaving for an outing. There was also no stove or oven. While many cooking tools were present to make a hot meal (air fryer, electric skillet and other items), it would not be practical for a family that likes to cook some meals at home when traveling. If you are a family that likes to eat out on your vacations - this place will be awesome and definitely meet your needs. But if you are a family like ours, that likes to cook some meals at home when traveling - you would need to be creative. Overall, we really did enjoy our stay - the pictures are true to the accommodations and we would stay here again if we returned to Colorado Springs.

Clean, Quiet, Very Nice Apartment

Spacious, clean, quiet, beautiful area, tons of mature trees, small private garden, fenced, gate, private parking, 3 monster TVs but never turned them on; two counter size beverage refrigerators, microwave, dishwasher, many small appliances including an ice maker, two large bedrooms with super comfy queen beds, spacious bathroom, convenient & cozy gas fireplace, very nice shuffleboard table, wild turkeys and deer right outside, responsive and friendly host ... it was the perfect 3-day stay for a conference with a sold out hotel ... lucky me!

Family Vacation

I wanted someplace nice to stay that could comfortably sleep our family of 5 (me and my husband and 3 older/adult children 13-25). This place was exactly as pictured. The beds and pillows were so soft and comfy! We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful house and property. Very clean! Spacious place, comfortable beds! Location is central to most things in Colorado Springs and not far from Manitou Springs. We were only here for 1 night but hope to return in the future!

This apartment was very clean and very large and comfortable. The location is wonderful, very close to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and the Broadmoor. We enjoyed our stay and will be booking again.
