This site really met our needs and was situated in the foothills of the Catalinas for exploring and close to museums in Tucson. It was clean and pleasant with adequate parking and a pool for comfort. VRBO needs to have better defined methods to communicate with site manager. There were multiple options, including a chat, none of which work effectively. This resulted in some delay in getting problems with lock function addressed. A nextdoor neighbor in a difficult living situation had a dog which barked all night long every night when she was working night shift.. She mentioned that other people staying at the site had concerns as well. We weren’t sure how to help her but it made sleeping difficult for us. Despite all this, we’d be happy to come back again although I think other visitors might have trouble with the barking noise.

The site was quiet and the bed was comfortable. When some basics (e.g., hand soap in the bathroom) were found missing, the host responded promptly by ordering supplies from Amazon. Appreciated, but it took another 24 hours for them to arrive. The unit itself was not as well maintained or supplied as one would expect for the price, though the place was clean.
