Magnifiquement mis à jour condo 2 chambres / 2 salles de bains. La chambre mansardée à l'étage dispose d'un lit queen et d'une télévision à écran plat de 40 pouces. Il y a un dressing et une salle de bain principale entièrement rénovée avec douche à l'italienne. La chambre du rez-de-chaussée dispose de deux lits jumeaux xl (80 pouces) avec deux placards et un bureau. La salle de bain est juste à côté de la chambre et dispose d'une douche et d'une baignoire. Le rez-de-chaussée est un plan d'étage ouvert. La cuisine a un réfrigérateur en acier inoxydable pleine grandeur avec une barre de hauteur de comptoir avec trois tabourets de bar. Le salon comprend un canapé confortable et une chaise avec une télévision à écran plat de 40 pouces et un lecteur DVD Blue Ray. Le complexe dispose d'une grande piscine et de deux jacuzzis. Il est à distance de marche du parc Udall, des restaurants, une épicerie et bien plus encore. Il est proche du canyon Sabino, U de A et à une courte distance en voiture du mont Lemmon. Great hosts. Property clean and comfortable. The hot tub needs some work, but that does not fall on the property owner. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

The surroundings were comfortable. The location with regard to shops was excellent. Having access to the pool was a real plus.The tub and sink drain were a little slow.

Tucson condo

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this cute little condo. Had everything you needed and a very nice pool and jacuzzi. The property is so charming I really felt safe and enjoyed my time, it ended up just being my daughter and I , I would 100% stay again!

The location was very convenient. We were disappointed that the pool had closed for the season because that was one of the reasons we chose the property a few months back. I know this is likely beyond the owner’s control but the listing should specify that the pool isn’t open all year. The kitchen is nicely remodeled and has plenty of cookware and utensils. The carpeting, particularly on the stairs, needs a deep cleaning. Alison was helpful and checking in and out was very easy.

Hi Patty, the pool and the spa are open year-round. They do lock it after hours so that was probably what was going on. The hours are posted on the gates. They close at 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on Friday and Saturday night. I wish so much you would've contacted me and I could've let you know that the pool is open, you just have to go during open hours.

Quiet Tucson Retreat

Wonderful place to stay in East Tucson. Close to all amenities but quiet and secure. Recent updates to the kitchen were terrific. Loved our stay, would book again…Three Golfing Ladies

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay as it was very clean and secured. Beds, couch and chairs were very comfortable. We felt very safe there. Parking was good also. We definitely would go back to this lovely place if we go back to Tucson!!!

Loved this condo. Great linens to include very nice towels, super clean, lots of nice lil touches like dish soap, laundry soap, shower gel, shampoo, a pitcher to filter water(Brita), coffee filters and even some left over coffee(I left mine behind for next guest as well). Host was super communicative and easy to teach. Great stay and I’ll be back.

The property is clean, quiet, and cozy. It's location is the best in Tucson. Very near stores, restaurants and local attractions. It is very easy to get to the main roads that take you in whatever direction you want to go.

My husband, adult son, and I really enjoyed our stay. It was stocked with all the dishes and cookwear you need. Having two bathrooms was great. The pool toys and pool towels were great additions.

Really nice condo! Everything we needed. The only thing I would adjust on the listing is the distance to the Uof A. It says 13min drive and it took us between 25-30min.

Nice condo

This two bedroom, two bath, condo worked out well for my wife and I. Safe location. Close to shopping and a number of sights you may want to see if you are visiting Tucson. We felt right at home after a day or two. Would recommend this unit.

Quiet and convenient

Very comfortable in a very quiet development. Excellent access to hiking trails. It seemed that nothing had been forgotten to make for a very comfortable stay. Ali is an excellent person to talk to: helpful and unflappable..
