Here you are just a block away from stunning sugar-white sand and clear emerald water and steps from the refreshingly inviting community pool. There's also challenging golf, world-class fishing and all the local shopping and dining that Destin is known for! From Crab Island to the Commons to your own pool-side balcony, Sailboat Breeze is your perfect place to revel, relax, and recharge.

THE SPACE
Sailboat Breeze is the upstairs unit, and it comfortably sleeps 4 with a luxe Queen and 2 alcove Twin Bunks. Ask us about our sister unit downstairs, Seagull Splash, which, together with this unit, can accommodate groups of up to 8!

The Kitchen here is newly remodeled with its own designer Dining area that seats 4, perfect for breakfast smoothies or intimate dinner parties! It opens onto a wonderfully decorated Living room space with nautical vibes and a view to the private balcony. This is the spot for morning coffee or a cocktail, looking out over lush palms to the heated community pool nestled amid beautiful tropical landscaping. There are dimmable lights for added ambiance while you relax and unwind, and the pool is heated November through March, making this an ideal getaway year-round!

Note: It's also easy to keep an eye on the kids while you enjoy a drink and some serenity.

Down the hall are 2 cozy niche Twin bunks and a sparkling new Full Bath, and there's also a perfectly appointed and private luxe Queen bedroom. High-speed WiFi and 2 TVs with cable included help ensure you can always have a perfect movie night after an amazing day of adventure.

AROUND TOWN
Sailboat Breeze is located in the heart of Crystal Beach directly across the street from Crystal Beach's Public Access. In just a few minutes you can be stepping onto sugar-spun white sand and enjoying your day! We are also easy walking distance from several great restaurants including Soleil's amazing Gulf-front dining located inside the Inn at Crystal Beach, as well as Camille's, another local favorite. And, you can't miss a trip to the Donut Hole, a delicious Destin classic! You are also just minutes from grocery stores, and shopping at Destin Commons or the outlet mall, along with all the outdoor activities Destin has to offer like Crab Island and world-class deep sea fishing. And don't forget the golf and the go-karts! Just make sure to allow plenty of time to put your toes in the sand and relax!

Guests have access to the entire unit and the community pool and laundry room.

PARKING
Please note that 2 spots are available per unit. Guests must print the parking passes sent as part of the check-in instructions and place them on the driver's side dashboard. Cars without parking passes will be towed by the HOA.

Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500. Damage due to smoking and pets is excluded. To benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out.

This condo is located up a flight of stairs. Elevators are not available.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
Pets are not allowed.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
Tents or other structures may not be erected.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancel 30+ days before arrival: 100% refund (minus Processing Fee)

Cancel 14+ days before arrival: 50% refund (minus Processing Fee)

Cancel fewer than 14 days before arrival: No refund

A non-refundable 4% Processing Fee applies to all reservations and is not returned in the event of cancellation.

★HOUSE RULES★

This property requires a separate rental agreement to be reviewed and signed after booking. A link to the full agreement will be sent through the Airbnb message thread in your booking confirmation. It includes guest and property details, stay dates, fees, house rules (e.g., no parties, no smoking, pet rules), cancellation terms, and guest/host responsibilities. Please note that check-in instructions will only be released after the rental agreement is signed.

☞︎ No smoking is allowed (including vape). If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $250. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.

☞︎ No pets are allowed. We love our furries as much as you, but no pets are allowed due to allergies. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave.

☞︎ Person booking and checking in must be at least 25 years old to reserve and must occupy the rental property throughout the whole booking.

☞︎ Please do not use Flushable Wipes. We have good plumbing but it does not handle flushable wipes well. Clogged toilets due to flushable wipes will result in a plumbing service charge of $250, with an additional $250 if the services are required after hours.

☞︎ Use of the pool is AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool.

☞︎ Please do not remove furniture from the unit, including patio chairs.

☞︎ No parties are allowed.

☞︎ No excessive noise after 10 pm or before 8 am.

☞︎ Maximum occupancy of 4 people. Off-site visitors are not permitted without prior permission and are subject to a $100 fee per extra guest.

☞︎ We follow our stated cancellation policies under all circumstances. We highly recommended guests purchase travel insurance to cover weather related issues (tropical storms, hurricanes, etc.) and illnesses that may arise and interrupt travel.

☞︎ Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500. However, to benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out. The damage waiver serves as a replacement for the conventional security deposit. Pet and smoke damage is excluded.

A $75 flat fee applies to locate, package, and ship forgotten items within the continental U.S. Payment is required before the item is shipped. Additional fees may apply for oversized, heavy, or expedited shipments. Items not requested within 14 days may be donated or discarded at our discretion.

☞︎Unapproved late checkouts may result in a $50 fee per hour (or partial hour) past the scheduled checkout time. If the delay interferes with the cleaning schedule or the next guest's arrival, additional charges may apply.
