This was one of my favorite places to stay when it’s just my little family for a quick beach trip. Close to the beach. And the pool right out the door was the cherry on top. There was beach toys and pool toys for the kids to use. The host was very responsive. And the other guests staying were really nice.

This property was perfect for our family. We were within walking distance of the ocean and our patio walked right out to the pool. Communication with owner was wonderful. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing. The condo was perfect for our family of four. When they say steps away from the beach-they aren’t lying! There were all items of importance of use in kitchen so no need to pack much. They also had beach chairs and an umbrella, even sand toys in the storage box on the patio. If we return to Destin I’ll be staying here.

Very convenient to the beach. We did not like the small public beach area we were allowed to sit at. It gets very crowded. We found out people staying 2 blocks away had access to the private beach. Not sure if owners can pay a fee to include the private beach access. That was the only negative about our stay.

The place was very clean and decorated nicely. Owner responded quickly. Check in and check out process was easy with clear instructions. Walking distance to the beach. Beach chairs and beach toys were available for us to use. The pool was right outside our door. We can’t wait to go back!!

Great stay

The location is unbeatable near the ocean. The pool was a great hit for the kids. There were some beach toys available to use. The apartment is small but we were 5 and made it work for the location. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The host and cleaner were fantastic and helped me get my hair straightener back to me after I left it by mistake!

Long weekend trip

For anyone looking for easy beach access, this is perfect because it's directly across the street. My husband and I went fishing on the beach and enjoyed Pompano Joes for lunch and dinner. I love this area of Destin and the ease of walking to the little coffee shop a couple blocks away. Owners were helpful and responsive. My only suggestion is a bigger hot tub. The provided washer/dryer and towels were helpful to have when traveling!
