14 couchages dans des lits, canapés-lits et lits de repos ,. La maison spacieuse privée est parfaite pour les grands rassemblements avec beaucoup d'espace de stationnement, y compris un parking pour camping-car sur 0,6 acres de terrain. Situé dans un "quartier" à moins d'un mile de l'autoroute, entouré de pépinières vertes et de voisins qui ont des chevaux que vous entendez, mais ne sentez pas. C'est très calme et paisible. De nombreux espaces de rassemblement social à travers la maison dans le salon, séparés de la salle à manger et de la cuisine, de la salle familiale séparée du salon et de la cuisine-salle à manger. Patio de l'espace de vie extérieur avant et patio arrière avec des foyers dans les deux endroits. Il est calme, confortable, léger, lumineux, de superbes œuvres d'art, un éclairage ambiant. Quatre chambres comprennent trois lits king, un lit queen plus un salon, une salle familiale. Wonderful retreat and place to relax after a day of sightseeing in San Diego. Seriously, the backyard, various seating options, tables, and activities was the perfect place for our family reunion to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. The house was ready to go when we got there. The owner did a wonderful job of answering my questions. The location was close to everything. And at night, it was very peaceful.

Great Location

Great location! Easy access to beach, Camp Pendleton, San Diego attractions, shopping, and food. Had a family BBQ and outdoor space was perfect for hosting. Lots of seating and relaxed atmosphere. House is huge! Tons of sleeping space. Host was easy to communicate with and gave clear directions. If we travel back I would definitely book this spot again.

Lots of room and great amenities!

A great venue for our family get-together. Spacious house with a variety of common areas. The outdoor amenities are also really great: fire pit, hot tub, and outdoor shower. Plenty of room to relax. Best of all, host Patty is friendly, communicates clearly and is very responsive.

All Needs Covered !

I was impressed with all areas of the property from inside to outside. Plenty of seating all around. Sleeping areas were comfortable. The kitchen area met all needs. We definitely appreciated the kids play area and toys. The infant children love the walker and their toys too. As I said before All Needs Covered.

Great place to host a family get together

Quite and quaint

California Beach party

Quiet secluded neighborhood but minutes to the stores and beach. Rooms were very large and lots of living room space for everyone and a 14 seat kitchen table, great for big meals together! Plus everything you need for the beach! Highly recommend for family vacation!

we had my rehearsal here and it had lots of places to hang and sit and we had a great stay. the toilets were slow to flush and fill and didnt do well with more people using them but overall great

Excellent location with all the amenities and well maintained.

Our family was in town for a wedding in San Marcos. This is a great central location with a close drive to the beaches in Carlsbad. The house is very nice and very private. All the amenities you need for a nice family get away. Patty is a very gracious host and welcomed us upon arrival. We would definitely recommend this location and will come back again.

We had everything we needed! The owner was prompt to respond with any concerns. We enjoyed the fire pits, lizard hunting and the hot tub! The outdoor space is amazing. There is plenty of room for your entire family!
