High up in the hills of Vista sits an amazing, quiet, spacious, half-acre residence with incredible views of the hills of Vista and the city lights below at night. It is completely renovated with five newly decorated bedrooms, one of which is a 20’ x 20’ casita that doubles as a game room with shuffleboard table, bumper pool/poker table, big screen TV, full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and full private bath.

The pool and hot tub are located down 14 steps from the house. The house is gated for privacy with lush landscaping and beautiful trees like Pindo palms, Queen palms, Phoenix Roebelenii, Sago, Plumeria, and many other exotic plants. With many places to hang out, it is easy to host 11 plus guests without crowding.

Three large TV's with high speed internet. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig and coffee pot. Kitchen includes crock pot, waffle iron, Kitchen Aid mixer, blender, and highchair. High end refrigerator equipped with filtered water and ice. Stocked kitchen with condiments like sugar, salt, pepper and other spices. Bathroom stocked with shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer. Hall closet includes iron and ironing board. Laundry room has new washer and dryer equipped with detergent, paper towels, tissue. Pak n Play crib available and much more for a fabulous stay!

We’re centrally located to Legoland, Disneyland, The Moonlight Amphitheatre, beaches, breweries, Sea World, World famous Safari Park and Other attractions and restaurants.

We were in San Diego for a wedding and this property provided a great location for the whole family to stay. The hot tub and pool were great. The host was great at communicating and very concerned that everything was in great shape for us. He was very accommodating and helped communicate with the neighbors about the cars coming and going getting ready for the wedding. Thanks for a great stay.

A Great Getaway!

Beautiful home

We stayed 3 days and the property is beautiful and well maintained. The owner was kind and very helpful. The outside is a hidden sanctuary. We were there for a work trip to plan our next year out and it was a perfect place to work with different rooms and a big outdoor space to relax and decompress.

The house was great. The owner was nice and communicative. We had a large group, and everyone fit nicely. There is a lot to do at the house, so there was never a bored day. I will definitely consider staying here again.

Great place for family to stay all together!

We were in town for a family members wedding and wanted to have our extended and immediate family stay in one place and this worked out perfect! Nannell was great and was easily accessible if we needed to reach her about the house. There was plenty of items in the kitchen to cook with and the home had everything we needed. Would recommend staying here especially if you are trying to find a place for a large family to stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our host was amazing with check in and check out and very flexible. When any problems arose, he was quick to respond and help us handle the issue and immediately offered to send someone out there to help. Great family vacation home

This house was spacious, family oriented, and so comfortable. My family and I stayed for 5 nights, for a family member's Oceanside wedding. The location is central and surrounded by great restaurants. We had plenty of space for all 20+ guests to stay at. The morning views were breath-taking. Owner was friendly and easy to contact. Totally recommend.

Amazing house. Nice and quiet.

Overall, this was a very enjoyable stay. Manuel was very nice and accommodating, gave us all that we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool was amazing as well, the solar panels heated it to about 92 degrees, perfectly warm. The hot tub was wonderful too, it had built in massage jets. The beds were nice and comfy as well, plenty of towels to go around for anything you needed them for. Nice bathrooms too. Overall, 10/10.

Great place for bachelor party

Host was super easy to communicate with, and was very accommodating. Great space in the back for entertainment. There’s actually a pretty nice view as the house sits up on top of a hill. Pool and hot tub was clean. It had beach chairs too. I would definitely recommend staying here for large parties given the amount of beds and short rideshare access to town!

San Diego Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had sufficient beds for our entire family, kids and grandkids, 9 adults and 12 kids. It made for easy trips to Seaworld, SD Zoo, and the beach. The grandkids love the swimming pool.All the beds in the house were great, but the beds in the casita were a little unstable for adults. The foam mattress was comfortable, but the the cot and sofa pullout bed were were sinking in with my wife and I, even with the foam mattress on top. Probably okay for kids, but not for adults.

Private, Relaxing, and Pet Friendly Staycation

Manuel was accommodating, respectful, and provided clear, helpful information throughout our stay. The home, including the hot tub, pool, and movie/game room, was clean, well-maintained, and offered the privacy we were looking for perfect for our family which includes our furbaby.We had a great staycation and appreciated how smooth and simple everything was. Manuel made us aware of past guest experiences, but we didn’t encounter any issues. The instructions provided were clear and easy to follow.Thank you for checking in and letting us know we could reach out if needed, it made the experience feel thoughtful and welcoming. Perfect Getaway

My wife, 3 adult children, and 9 grandchildren stayed in early August. This property was perfect. We knew the San Diego North country from living there 50 years ago. We brought everyone back from Wisconsin, Minnesota and Florida. The property was perfectly located for multiple day trips to the Old Mission San Luis Rey, San Diego, Poway, Torrey Pines, La Jolla, and Oceanside. It has generous sleeping, eating, cooking and visiting space inside and a terriffic pool and hot tub set up on a secluded hillside lot with all the amenities and privacy we could want. But the best part of all was the attentive and gracious host. We highly recommend the host and this property. We would definitely rent this location again.

I was expecting to see the luxury and beauty I saw on the pictures of this property. I realized once I got there that pictures are edited. The house was very run down, I didn’t see any renovations on any of the rooms, very expensive for what it is.

Family Thanksgiving

The house was perfect for family time with our adult kiddos and grand ones. House is well supplied with cooking utensils, beach and bath towels. Studio was perfect for the teenage boys. Great location as our granddaughter had a 3 day soccer tournament in Carlsbad. And we took our younger granddaughter to legoland just minutes away. Manuel was very friendly and responsive to any needs we had during our stay. Would definitely recommend this property!

THE place to book!

The most hands on, friendly and helpful host you can ask for. Properties are beautiful and well maintained/managed. Responds quickly, super accommodating, and will show up to fix anything wrong with the house when you message him. Highly recommend!! beautiful home with a view

The house is situated in the Vista hills, overlooking the town, and has a wonderful sunset view. The landscaping is very pretty with tropical flowers, passionfruit vines, and succulents as the backyard terraces down to the good-sized pool. The owner has made a lot of effort to have games and pool toys for kids. The kitchen is furnished with a good variety of utensils and kitchenware. We were a family of 21 (and 2 dogs) enjoying a reunion. We used every room and bed, yet the house could accommodate our large group without our feeling "squished." The interior of the home is comfortably and attractively furnished. The owner is very attentive and quickly addressed any question we had.

Tons of fun

We had 4 families staying at this property and plenty of room. Everyone had a great time on the shuffle board, and the pool was as great. The owner was responsive to questions and requests and even met us there on day 1 to walk us through everything. A couple of the showers were tight but worked just fine. The views were great and we would definitely stay there again.

Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this house! We rented it for an extended family vacation, and had a wonderful experience. Manual was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process - From our initial questions before booking to the end of our stay, he responded to inquiries quickly, and was always very accommodating and helpful. The house was great - Very clean, fully stocked, beautiful backyard, plenty of parking, awesome pool and hot tub, and incredible views. Loved it!

Beautiful backyard but misleading pool description

House was clean and nicely maintained. Backyard was beautiful. It was raining during our stay. Didn’t enjoy much outside. Owner was mostly responsive. We paid premium price for the rental because of the heated pool description but were told it’s only by solar heating when inquired before our trip. Little disappointed our kids couldn’t enjoy their time together in the pool. House was felt small for 21 people.

Great Weather!

The pool needs a cover. We were told the pool heats with solar but it never warmed even though it was sunny for 4 days. The pool was too cold to use. A pool cover would have made the time much more enjoyable. Other than that the place was very clean and well taken care of. Property manager, Manuel, was very helpful and responsive.
