The views were beautiful. The cabin was beautiful. The indoor pool had a very strong chemical smell and when we opened the window, the alarm would not stop going off. Everything was nice. The biggest problem was the dust. There was an overwhelming amount of dust throughout the entire cabin. My whole family was struggling with itchy eyes and runny nose from the amount of dust present.

We’re glad you enjoyed the beautiful cabin and mountain views. Indoor pool environments can affect guests differently, and some may be more sensitive to the normal chemical odor associated with maintaining properly treated pool water. The window alarm is a state required safety feature for the indoor pool area and is designed to sound whenever the window is opened or remains open past the alarm timer. The cabin’s ceilings, walls, and floors are solid wood with sealed polyurethane finishes. Unlike carpet and drywall, these surfaces do not trap airborne particles. This makes dust more visible and allows it to circulate more easily. However, the amount described is not what we expect, and the concern has been shared with our housekeeping team for further attention.

Beautiful cabin with lots of things to do if you plan on staying at the property and not running around the whole trip. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there is no where to put anything away which made for a bit of a challenge with getting ready each day. Having our clothes stay in the suitcase on the floor wasn't ideal. I'd love to see them add a dresser or at least a suitcase stand maybe? Otherwise it was really very nice!

Great family vaction

Our family enjoyed the weekend in this cabin! We most certainly recommend the pool was perfect for the kids and us adults enjoyed the hot tub and the view was amazing also the coustomer service was so helpful and kind.

All of our pools have the size listed, except this one for some reason. We are in the process of getting those dimensions and they will be added to the listing. We are glad you were able to figure out the wifi. We are not sure how or why this happened. We can only guess that our router was reset by the guest prior to you.

This cabin was outstanding. It was clean, well stocked with everything that we needed to enjoy a family vacation. We very much loved all of the amenities. The air hockey table, multi arcade game, pool and hot tub were a hit! We can’t wait to visit again in the future.

The house was in a great location not to far from all the tourist stuff. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us. The kids loved the pool hot tub and game's.

The cabin was clean from what we could tell. The pool was ok. The chlorine smell was very strong it was hard to even sit in there without it burning your eyes. The hot tub was great. Over all the cabin was great and very spacious. We had what we needed supplied by owners and brought our own things as well. I will say I couldn’t find a can opener. I’m not sure if I overlooked it but that’s it that we needed & didn’t have but we figured it out.

March 2025 Stay

We had an amazing time at this beautiful mountain facing cabin! The cabin was well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was perfect for cooking family meals. We including my kids especially loved the pool and hot tub. The views from the hot tub were absolutely breathtaking.The kids had a blast with air hockey table and video games and there was never a dull moment! The cabin provided the perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment and it made for the perfect family getaway. We all had so much fun and my younger kid is saying to go again in spring break! The host was fantastic, took good care of all our needs. Their hospitality truly made a difference and added to the overall experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to make lasting memories.

There were ladybugs inside the windows and in the house. Not really sure where they were coming in from but it was apparent that no one came in and cleaned up before we showed up because there wouldn’t have been that many and more showed up as the days went by. Location is quiet. We did have some issues within the home. Answering service and maintenance team were easy to reach. We were able to send pictures of the issues, call, and text. First issue, hot tub not working, fixed on our last day and another issue, pool lights tripping the breaker shutting off power to the bottom level, not fixed during our stay, and broken shower shelves. Maintenance team sent a message that management would reach out about 2 days ago, they have not yet. There were ladybugs noted in the home, not a big issue but a nuisance.

We had an AMAZING stay here. Could not ask for better it have everything we needed and more. Clean and the host was very responsive. The kids absolutely LOVED the pool and mom enjoyed the hot tub. Beautiful view, secluded but minutes away from all the big attractions. The only bad part was having to say good bye!

The only issue we constantly had was the smoke alarm kept going off in the kitchen area for no reason. Was told it was the pool door opening but we hadn't opened it that particular day. One time we were just sitting there and it went off. The view was beautiful as well as the cabin.

Really tough rating for 2 minor issues. The guest experienced an issue with the microwave breaker which was addressed the morning after an evening report. The Wi-Fi, the service itself was working properly however the network showing as unsecured due to a provider technical issue, which was outside of our direct control.We always want our guests to have a smooth and enjoyable stay, and our team responds promptly whenever an issue is brought to our attention. While we are disappointed that two minor and quickly addressed concerns resulted in a 3-star rating, we appreciate the opportunity to respond and clarify the reason for such a poor rating.
