NICE TINY HOME ON THE RIVER WITH A HOT TUB, WIFI, FIRE PIT, AND MOST COMFORTS OF HOME. UNIT CAN SLEEP 2 ON THE FUTON(ITS BETTER FOR KIDS AND NOT ADULTS) AND HAS A QUEEN BED IN THE LOFT. KITCHEN AND FULL BATHROOM WITH BATHTUB. Please review and affirm our Pet Policy : Pets allowed with $75 pet fee one small pet ! Only ONE pet no exceptions. It has to be CRATED when you not in the cabin with it . So bring the crate with you . Pets not allowed on the furniture, blankets, beds. Pack their bedding. No Flushing of toilet paper as we are on a septic system. Entering river or waterfall (swimming, fishing, tubing, playing)at your own risk.

What a fun place. The loft bed was very comfortable. In our late sixties, the stairs were easy to climb. We really enjoyed the well built kitchen.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our weekend stay here. It was very peaceful especially with the creek on the back part of the property. I know some people mentioned the road noise but we were not bothered by it at all. The host was communicative for checking and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay as well:-) would stay here again

We loved it. Hot tub was great. We loved sitting out by the river and fire pit. We enjoyed the inside of the tiny home too.It is located not to far from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The Foothill Parkway is one min down the road. Great views of the Smokey mountains. We will be visiting this tiny home again in the future.

I won't suggest this place for 70 yr olds. We were supposed to spend three nights. It called for rain the entire time. We came back home after the first night. So sitting on that couch for the whole time with no back support was horrible. I think for young people it works fine. Not saying anything bad it was just not for us old people.

Overall Great Space - not really dog friendly

I want to leave some constructive feedback and heads ups. Firstly it’s a great space, it’s great for a little getaway, love the outdoor space overall. However, the outdoor space is like 99% or more gravel (that feels sharp) not nice to walk on in/ out of the hot tub or good / nice for a dogs paws. The pod of little houses / sites is right on a fairly busy main road, in off season it stayed fairly busy through the night even. The hot tub is nice/relaxing, but the jets aren’t very powerful. Has a great view of sunset and can kinda see the water (it’s down an embankment). When sitting by the fire space you can hear the water flowing peacefully. You will need to bring / purchase your own fire materials; and there was a stick usable for s’mores but you may want a back up option. The WiFi was not what was provided at checkin it never ended up working for me and the owner stopped responding to me. There were lots of ants in the house (you are in a woods setting) so make sure not to leave un sealed food ANYWHERE for any length of time. The steps up to the loft are kinda deep steps and kinda steep and as you can see in the pics no railing so be careful / beware. The water pressure and temp was great in the home. The space is really nice and clean, nicely put together and laid out, and overall a nice spot the main road is a bit of a disappointment for noise, no fault to the place it’s on a nice peaceful river so kinda balances it out when the cars aren’t passing by. A wonderful spot for a quick trip for two or just by yourself to relax and refocus. It's quiet for majority of the day. However it is off a main road so you do get some of the passing traffic noise, but if you don't mind it like me this place is perfect just to release the day. They replaced the old metal futon, with a more modern decor that does foldout to a sleeper for two possibly three. It's firm and comfortable. I'll most likely visit again next year if scheduling permits.
