The house was nice and Bebe was very accommodating. She has lots of extras like cooking spices and condiments. Kitchen is well supplied. I would stay there again.

Because of the poor climate in the area (rainy and cool) we ended up staying in the house more than we planned. This was not an issue as it was a pleasant environment. We were looking forward to sitting around the outdoor fire place but again the weather was not on our side. It was a roomy house, clean, good condition and the 4 of us had plenty of space. The location was central to all the areas we visited. There were plenty of extras (spices, sugar, teas and coffee) in the house and no shortage on bathroom amenities. Thank you for an enjoyable couple of days.

I am from Winnipeg, I was invited to come out to spend a week with my girlfriend I have never been to hillside before then. I fell in love with the simple beauty of the different kinds of trees, wild flowers, hiking, peace and tranquillity, the beaches the sand dunes goes a long way before it gets deep and I love that idea because I can bring my granddaughters to the beach and not worry about them being afraid. It’s my peace of heaven.❤️

I choose this neighbourhood because my friend lived here what is not to like, in the summer there is so much going on, like hiking, going to a different beach every day, restaurants hillside hub, birchwood motor hotel, grand beach and food trucks, golfing, south beach casino, dirt bikes, live band every Thursday at the birchwood.

It’s close to everything 5mins to the beach, play structure 2mins down the road,10mins west to the end of hillside beach road you can enjoy beautiful sunset over the lake in the evening.
