This stunning, newly renovated, ADA-friendly corner unit condo offers breathtaking views of the marina and abundant natural light, complemented by a wraparound porch. The spacious living room and open floor plan seamlessly connect the living area to the beautifully designed kitchen, which features new stainless steel appliances and a breakfast table. Additionally, a washer and dryer combo is available for your convenience. The hallway bathroom is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed, ample closet space, and stunning views of the marina, along with access to a wraparound porch. Additionally, two guests can be accommodated on the living room sofa, which converts into a queen-size bed. Please NOTE: This unit does not have Air Conditioning. Many units located at the beach do not have this amenity due to the continued airflow from the ocean and cooler overnight temperatures. Ceiling fans and stand-up fans provide ample airflow for guests to enjoy their stay.

NOTE: The community pool and spa are closed from November 15th through December 25th, due to resurfacing. Guests will not have access to these amenities during this period of time.

This condo complex is the only one situated between Oceanside's harbor and beachfront, making it a truly unique destination in Southern California. Harbor Beach is just steps away! Located right on the beach within the exclusive gated community of Oceanside Harbor, the complex features a heated community pool and spa. The pool area includes two large BBQ grills and plenty of seating for al fresco dining. This condo comes with one assigned parking space.

The minimum age for this property is 25 years. NO SMOKING; NO PARTIES. The maximum number of guests is four. Overoccupancy of the unit will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rental funds.
