L'OCÉAN À TRAVERS LA RUE. Ceci est un petit appartement confortable avec juste une courte promenade sur le sable! Cette maison confortable loin de chez vous vous permet de profiter de tout ce que la Californie du Sud a à offrir. Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée comprenant tous les appareils dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour préparer tous les repas que vous désirez. La chambre dispose d'un lit queen-size confortable et le salon est équipé d'une télévision à écran plat 32 pouces qui vous donne un accès par câble et un accès WIFI GRATUIT pour vos besoins Internet. Canapé-lit queen-size pour 2 personnes. 1 petit chien de moins de 15 lb peut être considéré, des frais de 100 $ pour les animaux s'appliquent, doivent être tenus en laisse à l'extérieur de l'unité. désolé pas de chats. Aucun véhicule surdimensionné n'est autorisé dans le seul espace de stationnement attribué. Tous les autres véhicules doivent utiliser le parking payant dans la rue. Ceci est une propriété NON FUMEUR, il est interdit de fumer dans les unités, les patios ou n'importe où dans les espaces communs. Cette propriété dispose de caméras de surveillance dans les parties communes extérieures.

Perfect locale for beach and day adventure

Our house were in incredibly responsibility in a great job of making sure we had what we needed and we’re clearing what they expected of us checkout was effortless and I had zero problems getting checked out overall I’m gonna try and rent this place again when I go back to California next summer

The location is perfect. Being pet friendly was a real plus. The place is well stocked with cookware, etc. I wish there had been at least some salt and pepper left in the cabinets. Never used the bbq because it’s awkward to basically be in another unit’s patio space to use the bbq. Overall though a very nice place. Would stay again.

Great accommodations

This was a great last minute change of plans with reservations. We were pleasantly surprised when we got to location and were very much accommodated with a much earlier but needed check in time. The rental was clean and just what we needed. Only missing item was the key to the storage room for beach chairs but a neighbor in until A used his key and got us what we needed. Very quiet rental and great to have the one parking spot included. Thank you

Amazing super clean place!

One of the best rentals I have ever stayed at! I travel frequently too and this is one of the most clean one I have been to. It was so clean that there was no discoloration on the couch, and when we took off the sheets and pillow cases (as per cleaning instructions), there was not a single stain on the barren pillows! Awesome that it was right across from the beach where you can hear the waves and smell ocean water. There were fans for us to stay cool at night from the humidity; im not sure if there is AC as the thermostat didn’t turn on but it is common for most beach cities to not use or have AC. The parking is small for sure. I stayed the weekend for a friend’s wedding so I didn’t have time to fully enjoy Oceanside, but I loved that the city is so clean and not crowded like your usual beach cities. I would love to stay here again in the future!

Convientant location to everything and right across from the beach.

The place is furnished really cute and had everything you would need. The agent was very responsive to our needs and questions. We really enjoyed our stay and was able to visit with our G-daughter plus the other tenets were fun and engaging. The only thing is the parking is very tight and if unit A has two cars it can be a problem but we were able to work it out with no issue . After 6PM the meters are free. There is no air conditioning and we had to buy a portable screen door to keep flies out($20 at Home Depot) but it is a beautiful area and we loved the month we stayed.
