Living room has gas Fireplace, Smart TV with Open concept to Kitchen, views out to the back yard as well. There’s even a piano for all to play if you choose....

The upstairs room is where all the action happens. Featuring a Pool Table/Ping Pong Table Combo, Arcade with 5000+ games on the TV, Air Hockey, Pinball machine, XBOX with driving wheel/Seat, Wii & more.

Of course there is an 80” TV with BOSE Surround system. There is a Karaoke machine, Guitars & more for all to enjoy. Finally if you want to get some exercise in without going outside hop on the rowing machine....

Outside on the Deck there is plenty to do and relax with Hot Tub, Propane Fire pit, Patio seating & Propane BBQ....

In the garage there is an Extra Refrigerator, an extra Washer dryer for your super dirty stuff, Air compressor to blow up river toys etc a small garage shower for rinsing off shoes etc. as well as plenty of room to park or storage....

Heating is done with Forced air heating electric and propane. Of course there is Airconditioning as well. Water heaters are Tankless on demand so you wont run out of hot water....

Of course there is WIFI through out the home. That said there is NO cable only smart TV’s so bring your Netflix/Prime accounts to watch movies....

For those that need to get a little work done while on vacation there is a Den with a adjustable sit/stand Desk as well as a Printer/Scanner for your use....

Water is Community water system/city like, Sewer is Septic system, tanks in back of house (green) drainfield is the big mound in front yard, please look at “septic system” reminder tags in bathrooms ...
