The space
As soon as you step into our stylishly furnished residence, you'll be greeted with breathtaking intercoastal and beach views from your private balcony. The living room is beautifully decorated with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light.
The fully equipped kitchen features high-end appliances and all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Enjoy your meals at the cozy dining table, or just enjoy the stunning views from our balcony.

The bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed with a brand new icomfort mattress , high-quality linens, and blackout curtains to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom is spacious and modern, complete with plush towels, toiletries, and an open bathtub. Valet Parking $64.20 per night (only paid if you have a car).

Resort Fee $62.15 per night paid at check in directly to the hotel. The fee is per room per night. This fee is paid when you get the keys to the condo .

Proper ID for primary name on reservation is required at check in time with the front desk, with no exception .

*MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
Please adhere to maximum occupancy of four people. People who exceed the maximum occupancy will be asked to leave immediately with no refund issued for not following the rental rules.

We are only looking to rent to serious and mature people, who would like to enjoy their time in our beautiful unit and nearby amenities of the W hotel.

Upon arrival, please inform the valet that you're staying in an owned residence, for example, 901. Make your way through the WEST or TOWER II entrance, just beyond the sliding double doors. There will be an immediate option to go left or right. Turn left, walking down the zigzag tiles water fall feature. In the end, you'll find the residential desk. An agent will be stationed here from 9 A.M. to 9 P.M. daily. Check-ins after hours will need to occur at the hotel's main check-in desk, located on the 4th floor. A $25 fee per key will be applied to the folio.
In order to check in, the hotel requires ID and a credit card for incidentals.
