Guests have full and private access to the entire home, including the hot tub and fenced backyard. Parking is available on-site for up to three vehicles, and self check-in is available via smart lock for your convenience.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, and much of Guerneville is easily accessible by foot or bike. You can stroll to a neighborhood beach along the Russian River in just minutes, or drive a short distance to explore downtown Guerneville. A car is recommended for visiting nearby wineries, hiking trails, and the scenic Sonoma Coast. Parking is easy, with space for up to three vehicles at the property.

This home does not allow pets, with the exception of service animals. If you're visiting with a service animal, please let us know before you arrive. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM, per local regulations.

There is no street parking; all vehicles must fit in the designated on-site parking area.
