FRAUDULENT LISTING. I strongly advise anyone considering this property to stay away. This listing is a complete fraud, and Iâm shocked itâs still on VRBO.The apartment owner never fulfilled the reservation. We were never given a building address or an apartment numberâonly vague âcoordinatesâ that led us to an area but not to an actual property. We didnât even discover the building until our Uber driver kindly helped us match the location to the photos in the listing. If not for that act of kindness, we would have been stranded in an unfamiliar neighborhood with no real destination.When we finally located the building, the property manager informed us our names were nowhere in their system. Since we didnât have an apartment numberâbecause the owner never provided oneâwe were not allowed into the property at all.VRBO tried contacting the owner but could not reach them. Ultimately, we were forced to cancel our reservation that same evening while traveling in a foreign country, leaving us with zero time to safely find another vetted place to stay.This entire experience was stressful, unsafe, and unacceptable. VRBO should not allow listings like this to remain active. This is a fraudulent listing, and no traveler should be put through what we went through.
