Description says jaw dropping. Jaw dropping yes -- but for all the wrong reasons. Do not be fooled by the photo's online. When we arrived late from Texas, we walked into filth, mold and odors. Trash cans full of trash, mold in every bathroom, questionable sheets, hair in all bathrooms, broken drawers in bathrooms, broken faucet in master bathroom, broken door handle on back bedroom, the "beautiful" sectional sofa smelled of dog and body odor. While we cannot prove cause, all 5 adults and two children left there sick -- all required prescribed medications. Having arrived late we cleaned it ourselves. Mgm did offer to send someone to clean, but we did not want to deal with that on vacation. They also offered to come and fix the door handle. We chose to live with it for the week. We requested compensation given that we paid a cleaning fee, but the unit was not cleaned. Our request for compensation was agreed to. Management offered a 350 refund. However, they also required us to sign a release form that would have in our estimation, prevented us from leaving an honest review. Here is the language used in the release form -- "I and my party agree to not report Blue Swell to any governing agency, unless required to do so by law and to otherwise keep this agreement confidential and to not make any public, social media, BBB, or other complaints or comments which may be viewed negatively." We turned down the money so we could write an honest review.

The condo was beautiful. However, the air conditioning did not work properly in the master bedroom and the front bedroom. We had to purchase fans to try to divert the cold air from the living room and back bedroom. This was very disappointing. We did not like that the fact that half of the pool was blocked off.

Awesome condo!

My family and I stay at Long Beach multiple times a year, every year! This was one of our favorites. Very clean and had everything we needed. Pretty kitchen, comfortable beds, nice TVs, comfortable sectional couch, plenty of towels.. love the included beach chair rentals. Only complaint is the check in with blueswell. Every condo says check in is at 4pm but out of the hundred times we’ve been this is the first time it was a problem to get in the room early. Blueswell said they would let me know when it was done being cleaned, We went up to the room and the cleaners were finished cleaning, sitting on the bed, so we called to get let in, the property manager said no they needed maintenance to check it and it would be ready in 10 mins she would call me once it was checked, waited an hour, still no call, called again, said oh yeah it’s ready, she had no intention of calling me early. Drove 7 hours with 4 kids, double red flags on the beach, car filled with stuff nothing to do but wait. Other property teams answer on the first ring and let you right in. Loved the condo not a fan of blueswell.

We were very pleased with our stay here. We arrived around 1am and noticed our parking passes were not in the room. My husband contacted them when we woke up that morning, and they were very prompt in bringing them to us. The kitchen was fully loaded with all the things we needed for cooking, and the air fryer was such an added bonus! The condo was clean and even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The view was amazing, and access to the beach was perfect. We loved the proximity to all the fun things that Panama City had to offer. This condo had 3 beach chairs, a beach tent, and even a football to toss on the beach. We didn’t see those listed in the description, so it was a very welcomed surprise to see. Plus the complimentary 2 beach chair/ umbrella set up daily during our stay was another added bonus. We had 4 children and 3 adults on this trip and never once felt crowded. I’d definitely recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Panama City Beach, and my kids are already trying to plan our next family trip there.
