Beautiful NEW, pet friendly home in the beach town of Oak Island, NC

Discover your perfect getaway on Oak Island. Enjoy this beautiful NEW home with your family, friends and pets. Our new home offers a unique blend of comfort, luxury, and natural beauty. There's plenty of room with 3 generously sized bedrooms, 2 full and 1 half bath, plus a handy loft area with a day bed. Our home features abundant outdoor spaces - a large front porch, cozy outdoor lounging area with large screened tv underneath the house, fire pit, and a gas gill with an al fresco dining area, not to mention the perfect nap location on the comfy Southport bed.

Through the front door you will find an open concept living space with a comfortable family room boasting a 65" screen smart TV. The dining area seats 6 with bench on one side of the table for additional seating. Four can comfortably sit at the bar space in the adjacent kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you might need, including both Keurig and drip coffee makers, tea pot, blender (island drinks anyone?), bar area, hand mixer, and Dutch oven. Additionally you will find a large pantry providing ample space to store food and beverage provisions. Adjacent laundry room has full sized washer and dryer. For your convenience there is a half bath adjacent to the living/kitchen area.

Our home sleeps 9 in 3 well appointed, plush bedrooms plus loft. Primary bedroom, which is on the main level, features king sized bed, dresser, walk in closet, and ensuite bath with large beautifully tiled shower. Upstairs, guests will find Bedroom #2 featuring a queen-sized bed, and bedroom #3 with full sized bed plus twin trundle bed and TV. The upstairs loft features two twin beds with 1 trundle plus dresser. Upstairs bath has a tiled tub/shower combo.

Outdoor living is a breeze with so many amenities. The large front porch has plenty of comfy seating. Downstairs there is an outdoor shower equipped with hot and cold water where you can wash away the sand from a day at the beach. You can grill your fresh catch on our gas grill and dine al fresco at the table which comfortably seats 6. Then enjoy a movie on the large screened outdoor tv while relaxing in the comfortable seating area complete with fire pit. A charming Southport bed swing awaits for your afternoon nap. As an added bonus there are 5 beach cruiser bikes which you can use during your stay to explore our beautiful island.

Additionally, we have a covered entry to keep you dry during rain showers. The dual zone thermostats for heat and central a/c ensure comfortable temperatures upstairs and downstairs.

Linens are provided for your stay, and beds will be made prior to arrival. A welcome basket will be waiting for you upon your arrival with starter supplies including 2 trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher powder, laundry detergent, dish sponge, travel sized shampoo and conditioner, bar of soap, makeup remover, and 2 bottles of water.
