This place includes smart tv in living room, full size kitchen, large dining area. Half bath and a nice sun room.

Top Floor:
3 bed rooms each with queen size beds. One full size bathroom.

Basement:
Full size washer and dryer. New remodel full size bathroom.

Have the entire place to yourself! No need for keys! This unit is armed with digital lock and guests will be provided with unique entry code.

Check in anytime after 4pm and check-out before 10am.

There is absolutely NO SMOKING allowed. Smoking is classified as cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, cloves, etc. Violators are expected to pay a $300 penalty fee and may be subject to immediate eviction.

When booking, please ensure you include everyone in your reservation. Extra guests not originally included will be expected a fee/night of stay.
No parties or additional overnight guests beyond the stated reservation.
