The open floor plan brings the kitchen, dining, and living areas together naturally, so the group never feels split up. The living room is set up for downtime, with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, while the kitchen has everything you need to cook a proper meal — modern appliances, a Keurig, cookware, dishware, and ample counter space. There's a dishwasher, too, so cleanup doesn't cut into your evening.



The outdoor space is genuinely the heart of this home. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft operate in the area, though availability can vary, so a rental car is recommended for groups with busy itineraries.

- Florida's warm climate means insects, lizards, geckos, and other local wildlife are occasionally seen. The property is professionally serviced, but encounters with local wildlife are a normal part of the environment.

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property. A pet fee is required to be paid of $100 per pet, per stay

- Parking is limited to 4 vehicles. Oversized vehicles or trailers cannot be accommodated.

- This unit is a manufactured home. While it offers all the comforts and amenities needed for a relaxing stay, its construction style may differ from that of a traditional site-built home. We encourage guests to review all listing photos and details to ensure the property is the right fit for their stay.
