You can rent upstairs and connect the two units via a spiral staircase.

The master bedroom features a plush queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers two queen beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests. The bathroom is sleek and well-appointed, with a walk-in shower to start or end your day. Beach Access: Just a short stroll from the condo, you’ll find yourself on the beautiful sandy beaches of Surfside. Spend your days sunbathing, swimming, or exploring the coastline.
Washer & Dryer: In-unit washer and dryer for your convenience, making longer stays even more comfortable.

Your stay will include a starter set of linens and supplies:
- Flat sheet and fitted sheet for all beds
- 8 bath towels
- 4 long hand towels
- 6 wash clothes
- 1 kitchen hand towel

- 2 soap bars per bathroom
- 1 dishwasher detergent

Dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $95 per pet.

Very very minimal amenities - 1/2 roll of cheap TP, no dish soap but dishes needed to be washed and put away, no extra couch blankets, uncomfortable furniture. Great location!

Pros: location is unbeatable with the park/playground across the street with free live music, markets, etc.; property is fenced in which is great if you bring pets; very spacious and set up nicely for adult and kids to have space to relax; super close/walkable to the beach and restaurants; bathroom is nice with a new showerCons: no privacy as it’s on the ground level and there are no real blinds or curtains, just a “woven window shade” that blocks nothing (hoping management changes this!), beds aren’t comfortable, but could be improved with some heavier bedding (paper thin sheets and quilt), if someone has the upstairs unit rented you will hear footsteps/babies/barking/etc. Ultimately we enjoyed our stay enough to add another day, but we had the entire place to ourselves until the last night. We would stay here again!

Overall it was a good experience. We didn’t realize it was the bottom part of a house that was split like an apartment and we had someone check in the night before we left that played loud music that vibrated the whole house and knocked out the electricity. That would be the only reason we wouldn’t book here again. If we did we would rent the upstairs and downstairs with a group so we wouldnt deal with that again. The owners and maintenance were good though and got our power back up within an hour.

The unit was very dirty!!! There were stains on the curtains and walls. The bed in the supposed master bedroom is propped up on mattress risers and the mattress was very uncomfortable with springs sticking in your back. The kitchen was of no use to us. We did not feel like anything was clean especially the cookware. They advertise 2 parking spaces which is not true since there is a unit above you that will use one of them. So if the unit above has 2 cars using the spaces then you are expected to park on the street behind the unit. The gate was a pain also!!! The only thing my family and I liked was that we could walk to the beach. I would not recommend this rental to anyone!!!
