Excellent room for our family of 5. Kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed to be able to cook. Location of room was perfect as it was close to the parking deck as well as the main elevators to take down to the pool and beach. Communication with host was excellent.

Great condo, very clean and plenty of room. Nice big kitchen and living area with beautiful beach front views, comfortable beds too. Beautiful beach view from our balcony. The location was great! We enjoyed walking to The Flora Bama for nightly entertainment. The check in and check out process was very easy. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was exactly as advertised. Well-equipped with everything you could need for cooking and eating. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and were supplied with more than enough pillows, towels, etc. So many family friendly board games that the kids loved! The view was beautiful! Both indoor and outdoor pools were very nice and clean.

Very nice rental for our winter get-away! The communication with the owner before and during our trip was excellent. Comfortable beds and furniture were a huge plus, and the kitchen was very well equipped with any appliance or gadget we needed.

We have always enjoyed going to the gulf coast and have had many special memories there. We love relaxing at the condo and also enjoy the many activities available in the area. Our friends, children and grandchildren have all enjoyed it with us.

Everyone has a special place, we would like to invite you to ours. We have family and friends in Alabama and Georgia so it is perfect place to meet and enjoy time together. Phoenix X is in a great location close to Pensacola and Gulf Shores. We have owned this condo since the building opened and love the location.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

A favorite place to relax is on the lounge chair on the balcony. The relaxing sounds and views are great. The Alabama end of Perdido Key is uncrowded and it is enjoyable to walk along the beach any time of year.
This unit is the only one we own. You can see from the many reviews that we take pride in the unit and care about each guest's experience. You will find attention to detail and a quick response from me if you have any questions or needs.
