Cute little house within easy walking distance to the beach. Decor on the porch and inside was beachy and cozy. Denise was helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We had a great girls weekend in Virginia Beach!

Completely fair and worth mentioning. The Navy jets don't fly everyday and they don't practice at night, but when they are above, it is loud. Also, the cottage is pretty darn close to the ocean and restaurants, and all the interesting stuff, but that means it is busy out past the sidewalk. Whenever I am there gardening, I am always surprised how often fire engines go past. I still enjoy spending time there though, because I like the convenience of not having to drive to the ocean. I like walking to the donut shop on weekends. I like seeing people out and about.

The little pink house was absolutely charming! From the cozy touches throughout to the warm and inviting feel, it felt like a true home away from home. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and check-in was effortless. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful back to school vacation! Thanks Denise! Cottage was adorable and had everything we needed and then some. Easy, reachable walking distance to the beach. Parking was not a hassle. Denise is easy to reach and the house was clean and wonderful. We truly enjoyed our quick getaway. And appreciated her wonderful hospitality.

This is a beautiful cottage. It is the best prepared and stocked VRBO we’ve ever had. It is thoughtfully and lovingly taken care of. It’s very convenient to get to the beach and many restaurants in the area. The owner leaves great communication about things to do at Virginia Beach. We loved the snacks and the garden is gorgeous. We would absolutely recommend staying here

We loved our stay at this adorable pink cottage! Check-in and check-out was a breeze, it was a perfect distance from the beach, and the amenities (beach equipment, kitchen supplies, linens, etc) were perfect for a small family. I’ve stayed in several rentals and this was by far the cleanest place I’ve been in! We will definitely be back.

Great hostess, great location, great house, and great amenities. Denise went above and beyond. There was plenty of everything: toilet paper, towels, beach stuff, snacks, etc. It was really a wonderful vacation for us and our daughter and granddaughter.

The cottage was decorated for Christmas in the sweetest way. Lights inside and out, made our stay so special. The neighbor Lou gave us some homemade spaghetti sauce. Literally one of the best rental stays to date.

Our stay was amazing. We had a mixup with dates and the owner worked with us to adjust. The location is perfect and we loved having our morning coffees in the adirondack chairs put front.
