Totally renovated Beach Cottage in seaside neighborhood. Steps away from the Beach Access and only blocks away from Seashore State Park and all it has to offer. There is a large living area with a 55" smart tv, full bathroom and large bedroom at the front. Step up to the kitchen area with all new ss appliances and another "as is" TV mounted in the kitchen. 2 bedrooms and another full bath are located just off the kitchen. Patio door leads to a small deck on the side of the home. 2 outdoor showers. Plenty of off-street private parking for your beach going guests. Enjoy plenty of great local seafood restaurants and entertainment within minutes of this home. This is the best of bay living on the Bay side of Shore Drive. Everything you need to for you beach vacation.

Included: beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards and tubes.

Very adorable bungalow and much roomier than we had anticipated. Beautiful higher ceilings in the original living section, great closet space and loved the large outdoor shower. Most rentals are not this generously well stocked…wonderful!! The host was immediately available when we had some initial questions. This place is a gem! Would definitely recommend!!

The best part about the property is it's proximity to the beach! The house itself is very well stocked with nice dishes, lots of towels, tons of beach needs in the garage,,, but the house needs some work. The blinds on the glass door are falling down, the blinds in the guest bathroom are broken and the neighbors can see in. The shower liner in the master bath is disgustingly dirty and the curtain itself looks about 30 years old. However, the most important issue we had was the vile smell in the master bedroom. It is obviously a dirty dog odor coming from the carpet. It was so bad that we actually had to go to the nearby grocery store and buy scented candles so we could sleep! The carpet and the comforter are in need of cleaning/replacing badly!

I dont know where to start. This adorable cottage exceeded expectations. I truly felt like I was at home or a friend's house. I was so impressed by all of the details to make a stay so enjoyable. Hand mirror in bathroom, full length mirrors on doors. Fully stocked with everything including paper towels, Kleenex, cleaning supplies, spices, and other essentials, plenty of nice beach things (chairs, cart, beach towels). Nice kitchenware, I actually have the same drinkware at my house! The artwork and decor are really great! Front porch/patio was so relaxing to hang out with family and our labs. Comfortable beds. You know you are at a pretty cool place when you see a copy of Chesapeake on the shelf. Oh and the Jeep room! The place was really clean and inviting. I really could keep going on. What a gem! Owner very communicative and warm. I will definitely stay here again.

We loved this cottage - we were as comfortable as if we were in our own home. When we come back to Va Beach to visit our family hopefully there will be availability for us to stay here.

The house was clean and well stocked. The location was a very nice street with 40 yard walk to the beach access without the need to cross any busy streets. Plenty of shopping very close by.
