The primary residence (Unit A) offers two luxurious en-suite bedrooms, each boasting a king bed, ensuite bathroom, flatscreen TV’s, curtainss/blinds for privacy, and private patio space. A modern kitchen awaits, boasting top-of-the-line Viking appliances, including a wine fridge.

A private executive guest suite (Unit B) is available on the property. This suite features a cozy living room with a work desk and a comfortable queen-size pull-out sofa bed, a serene bedroom with a plush king bed, and an ensuite bathroom boasting a high-pressure shower and modern custom quartz vanity. Central AC as well as space heaters/ portable fans help ensure you stay comfortable throughout your stay.

Private chefs' rates range from $85 per person to $250 depending on the chosen menu, number of courses, and the ingredients. If you are interested, a quick call is arranged directly with the chef to get a sense of what you’re interested in. The extent of interaction with the chef depends on your preference - the chef can teach you cooking techniques while cooking or have the meal fully prepared for you, start to finish. The chef and su-chef serve the courses and clean up afterward.
