Three minute walk to Minitas beach and beach club! Prepare to enjoy your luxury vacation experience in this stunningly renovated 7-bedroom, 8.5 bath villa in Casa de Campo. This gorgeous property offers 3 masters with king beds, 3 master suites with 2 queen beds, and 1 bedroom with two bunk bunk beds (twin tops/double bottoms), ensuring a welcoming and private stay for all guests. Villa staff offers daily housekeeping, friendly butler services and breakfast and lunch preparation (if desired), along with phone and messaging access to the friendly property manager to assist in scheduling reservations and activities. Gorgeous pool with beautiful water features and poolside air conditioned pool house with dining, grill, wet bar and tv with seating area. Games available on site with a Bocce ball court behind the pool in the luscious backyard, as well as a Foosball table on the upstairs balcony. Casa de Campo offers many fabulous restaurants and activities from world renowned golf courses to a shooting center, marina, beach club and equestrian facility. An amazing dinner chef is also available upon request and booking at additional cost. NOTE: Casa de Campo Resort Fee: All guests renting private villas at CDC must register with the Villa Owner’s Club upon arrival and pay CDC’s Resort Fee. Please check with Casa de Campo directly for the current rates. Our wonderful property manager will be happy to assist you in renting golf carts from the local golf cart company In Casa De Campo, make reservations, activities, and Via, Chef dinners, yoga, or any other available activities.

Our very capable Villa staff are available from 8-5. If additional hours are needed, please request the additional hours from the Property Manager (with additional number of hours needed), and pay the per hour cost of $10/hr for housekeepers and $15/hr per Butler/server.

Shopping for guests - our staff members aim to please and, subject to their availability, can shop for initial arrival provisions, along with additional needed groceries. These items will also be paid for up front (based on an estimate), along with a gas/shopping fee of $20 per trip.

The Villa is generally staffed to accommodate a maximum of 16-20 guests (depending on mix of kids and adults). If a registered guest intends to host a number of additional guests not registered to stay at the Villa (for the day and/or dinner - not overnight), there will be additional costs determined on a case by case basis by the Property Manager and Owner. The Property Manager has full discretion to deny these requests.
