This newly remodeled boho modern 2nd floor apartment in Pittsburgh is the perfect home base for work or leisure available for short term vacation or corporate/work travel rates. Please inquire directly for mid term rates.

Upstairs, the cozy bedroom features a queen bed, office space, lounge chair that converts into a twin bed and full bathroom with linens and toiletries. Beautiful natural lighting illuminates the apartment through brand new windows, but can easily be shaded by original shutters in the living room. Historic charm and high ceilings in the first floor kitchen and living room make this space welcoming and relaxing. Enjoy modern amenities like excellent WiFi, Keurig/drip coffee maker, and more conveniences. There is a coin operated washing machine and dryer in the building on the bottom floor for use during your visit, but we are currently in the process of installing private laundry in the living room's expansive closet in Nov 2024. Will update this listing upon completion. Ample on street parking is readily available in front of the building. This place was perfect! We came in for the Steelers game and really had a great time. Perfect for walking to and from the game. The place was very cute and had everything we needed. When I’m back in Pittsburgh this will be the place we stay. Lisa, the host was great. She responded quickly to messages and was super helpful giving places to eat and go to. She made the stay more enjoyable!

Cozy Apartment

Nice private apartment in a quiet neighborhood. A great value for its location and definitely felt like home to return to after a busy day of events. Lisa was fantastic and provided a lot of help and recommendations during my stay. I hope to come again in the future and would definitely recommend a stay here if you are looking. Thanks Lisa!

The Urban Oasis was a perfect place for us to spend out Labor Day weekend. The apartment was just as it was pictured on the site. The location was quiet and very close for the weekend's football game. Lisa was great to work with and prompt on communication. Her recommendations on Western Ave (CHECK IT OUT) were great .... just forewarned parking on Western Ave can be "challenging" ... but it is walkable from the apartment. Only shame is that we didn't get to take advantage of the nicely equipped kitchen as we were out and about a lot.

Great spot and amazing hospitality!

I rented the Urban Oasis for one month during the week for work. It was such a lovely unit with plenty of space. Lisa was fantastic from the day I booked it until the end. I encountered a situation that was outside of her control (lost water for partial day to a water line break in the street- entire street was impacted). Lisa went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and not inconvenienced. Manchester is an adorable neighborhood close to the North Shore and parking on the street was never an issue and always seemed safe. I would highly recommend!

Charming Apartment in the City

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this charming apartment in the city. We rented it for a Pitt football game at Acrisure, and it was an easy walk to the game. There is ample street parking, which makes it perfect for an out of towner visiting for a game or concert or a staycation for locals! The rental is located on a quiet street full of lovely, historic homes. We loved seeing the wrought iron gates, globe lights, lovely shutters, and other beautiful touches in the neighborhood. The property itself is beautifully decorated in a boho chic manner. The color scheme is so pleasing, and it is very well appointed. There were excellent bath products on hand, and our incredible host Lisa was communicative and great to work with! She even left chocolate bars from a local candy company with the linens. Such a nice and welcoming touch! The property was easy to access with our code, but also very secure. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was extremely clean. There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher and easy to use coffee maker as well. We had everything we needed, and were very pleased with this quiet, relaxing space with great proximity to city events. We were able to walk to a local cafĂ© for a delicious breakfast. My daughter and I would highly recommend this rental property, and would rent from Lisa again in a heartbeat. She’s helpful, responsive, and truly invested In providing the best experience for her guests. We’ll be back!
