Family of the Bride Stayed Here During Wedding Weekend

The house was very clean, well-equipped and conveniently located to everything in LaQuinta. We had plenty of room for 5 adults. We enjoyed the pool and spa and we had a nice dinner at the PGA West Clubhouse one night which was very close. The Palmer Retreat was everything that was represented in the photos.

Great Property

The Palmer Retreat is just that a retreat. We had a great time and found the place to be just as described. Our boys loved the space outside, pool and hot tub. The house is just a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. We would definitely stay here again when the desert calls us back.

After a check-in hiccup, and a flooded back yard, we were extreme upset, but after alot of back and forth with property management, we finally got a resolution On the second day. Other than that the property was lovely .

The pool controller does not work properly. We had issues with the internet but the guest services responded quickly. I think 79 degrees for the pool was too cool & having to pay to increase the temperature was too much. The pool area is nice.

Relaxing atmosphere

Beautiful backyard with a great size putting green. Pool and spa are the perfect setting for gorgeous warm days. Very quiet community. FYI kitchen has lots of pots, pans, dishes, glassware etc. however zero cooking supplies. House is in good shape for being a rental! We will stay again for sure!

This property was listed as a “10”. For that rating there must be more attention to details.The process of checking in was too confusing. Needed an extra app.Check out had 11 am and 10 am. Not clear. Beautiful yard with pool to enjoy was really the reason we chose this property but everything was covered in muddy dust. Umbrella was broken laying on the ground. Inside for the most part it was clean. Rugs were filthy and had not been vacuumed in quite sometime. While attempting to use the garbage disposal, there was two rags stuffed down in the garbage disposal that had been moldy and stinky. Ice machine did not have ice made already which took a whole half a day to have ice. Someone in management needs to actual go to property and make sure it is ready to rent. I am sure the owners pay them to do so. Chandeliers over kitchen island had half an inch of dirt and dust.I don’t wanna have to go into a rental property and feel the need to clean before I can enjoy. Nice home but dirty!
