Booking Confirmation
After your booking is confirmed, please provide your email address and cell phone number. You will receive a welcome email 48 hours prior to your check-in date, containing important house information, house rules, city regulations, and HOA rules. Guests are required to acknowledge and adhere to these regulations, as any fines incurred will be passed on to the guest. Additionally, renters must provide a copy of a valid ID.

Guest Capacity
Please check with us before booking if you plan to have more than ten overnight guests, including children and infants.

Smoking Policy
Smoking, vaping, and recreational drugs are not allowed on the premises.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Do you have a pool and spa?
Yes, all homes feature private pools and spas! Heating is available at an additional charge of $25 per day for the spa and $75 per day for the pool. Heating requests must be made 48 hours in advance. Please note that the pool has no fencing or childproofing, and maintenance occurs on Thursdays and Mondays.

Do you allow pets?
Yes, we are pet-friendly! We allow up to two pets per property. Additional cleaning fees may apply if necessary. Please ensure pets do not enter the pool/spa and clean up after them. Let us know if a pet will be joining your stay.

Will I need to meet the property manager for a key?
No, all our vacation homes have keyless locks! We’ll provide you with a unique code prior to check-in for a smooth arrival process.

What is provided with my accommodations?
Our vacation rentals are fully furnished, including all linens, bath and pool towels. Kitchens are stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and appliances. We also provide a starting supply of bath soaps, trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. Laundry facilities include laundry soap. Please note that we do not provide spices, cooking sprays/oils, cling wraps, zip loc bags, or pool floaties.

Can I ship a package to my vacation home?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, as we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. Please contact us for assistance with shipping needs.

Is there parking available?
Yes! Each home provides a designated number of parking spaces in the garage and/or driveway. Specific details will be sent prior to your arrival.

Will WiFi and cable TV be available?
Yes! All vacation rentals are equipped with smart TVs and high-speed WiFi.

Liability Waiver

By utilizing the swimming pool and any exercise equipment (including the treadmill and weight set), you acknowledge and understand that these activities are undertaken at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury that may arise from swimming or using exercise equipment, and you agree to hold the owner harmless from any claims related to such injuries.

You recognize that there are inherent risks associated with swimming and the use of exercise equipment, especially regarding unsupervised children, individuals with health risks, or those who may swim or exercise while under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication, or while pregnant.

You agree to assume full responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur, both to yourself and to any guests in your party. By signing below, you waive any claims against the owner for accidents or injuries arising from the use of the swimming pool and exercise equipment.

All guests in your party acknowledge that they have read and understood this waiver. By confirming below, you agree that this constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between the guests and the host.
