- Pool heating: $75 per day
- Jacuzzi heating: $25 per day
Check-In and Check-Out

- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee, based on availability.

Outdoor Music Policy

Parking Restrictions:
Absolutely no street parking or commercial vehicles. Violations will incur an immediate fine of up to $800.
Water Activity Prohibition:
Fishing, kayaking, and any water sports on the lake are strictly prohibited. Violations will incur fines of up to $1500.
Guard Gate Access:
All guests must enter through the guard gate located off Avenue 44. Unauthorized entry through other gates will result in a fine of up to $800.
Noise Restrictions:
Excessive noise or music is not allowed. Violations will incur fines of up to $800.
Liability Waiver
You acknowledge that swimming and use of exercise equipment is at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any injuries and agree to waive any claims against the owner. All guests must read and understand this waiver, which constitutes a binding contract between guests and host.
