The Neighborhood:

The South Point Development is one of the most desirable locations at Big White, renowned for its exceptional ski-in/ski-out access and close proximity to Happy Valley. Happy Valley offers an array of outdoor activities, including ice skating, tubing, snowshoe trails, and cross-country skiing. You'll find a selection of restaurants, a bar, and a cafeteria, along with convenient Gondola access to the village, making it easy to explore everything Big White has to offer.

Damage Protection:

Please note, as a software connected property management company, we require damage protection for all reservations to help keep operations running smoothly. You can choose between a smart damage waiver or a refundable security deposit.



Choose your protection option:

1) Smart Damage Waiver – covers accidental damage up to $2,500. No deposit hold required.

or

2) Refundable Security Deposit ($2,500) – temporary hold, automatically released within 7 days after checkout, subject to inspection.



Note: The waiver covers accidental damage only. It does not cover smoking, intentional damage, negligence, policy violations, pet issues, or unregistered guests. In these cases, related costs may be charged to you in accordance with the booking platform’s policies and our guest agreement.

Parking Notes - Enjoy the convenience of one reserved parking stall included at no extra charge. Please note that the parking garage has a height clearance of 7'6" to 7'8". Additional free parking stalls are sometimes available nearby, and for guests needing extra space, paid overflow parking can be accessed through Big White Central Reservation in Happy Valley for a nightly fee.
