It was a great location for our girl's trip. The house is close to the beach and restaurants. The property was quiet, had adequate parking for 3 cars, safe, and private. We had a great time!

Location and Cleanliness! Ideal location on the south end of the island with the beach, restaurants and boardwalk all in walking distance. The overall cleanliness of the house was superb.

We had a wonderful stay over the Fourth of July holiday. The home was exceptionally clean when we arrived and was clearly well cared for.One of the biggest highlights was the location. The beach was just a short walk away, and there were plenty of great restaurants, shops, and a convenience store nearby, so we rarely had to drive. It was the perfect combination of convenience and relaxation.We also loved the private upstairs porch off the primary bedroom. It was a great place to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the evening while watching the activity around the neighborhood. It offered a nice sense of privacy while still letting us take in the coastal atmosphere.Overall, the property was comfortable, welcoming, and exactly as advertised. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great beach getaway.

This was our first trip to Tybee, and we honestly could not have picked a better place to stay! The property is on Lovell Avenue, right behind the Sunrise Restaurant and just a short distance from Pier 16, Sting Ray’s, and everything the south end of Tybee has to offer. The location was absolutely perfect.One of the best decisions we made was renting a golf cart from Coastal Empire Cruisers. We rented an LSV (Low Speed Vehicle), which allowed us to drive on Butler Avenue/Hwy. 80. That is definitely something worth knowing when renting a golf cart on Tybee—regular golf carts are restricted mostly to the back streets with limited places to cross Butler. Having the LSV made our nine-day stay even better because we could easily explore the entire island while still enjoying the convenience of the golf cart.As for the house itself, it was immaculate. Everything was exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked. The location made it easy to walk to so many places on the south end, and with the golf cart, all of Tybee felt easily accessible.We have taken many, many trips over the years and stayed in a lot of vacation rentals, but there was something special about this one. We absolutely loved our stay. In fact, when it was time to leave after nine days, for the first time we could remember, it actually felt like we were leaving home.We would absolutely stay here again!

Location location location

The house was in a great location. Close to all the restaurants & shopping. Check in and out was simple and the house was very clean. What was missing were some basic things like a first aid kit. Which we needed) It would have been nice to have a cooler for the beach or a wagon. The water heater went out EVERY day. The manager sent someone over right away to reset it and the plumbers came one day but it was never fully fixed. The last day the water was cold again and I texted the manager and since we were leaving she didn’t respond or even say sorry for the inconvenience. It would have been nice to hear but instead it left a bad taste at the end of our trip. We couldn’t shower for our trip home! If you book this house which would have been great, just make sure the water heater is fully fixed first.

This house was a perfect get away for our family of 3! My son had his own space and the girls shared the twin bedroom. Even though they had their own space they thoroughly enjoyed using the mast bedroom veranda to enjoy mornings and evenings. It got extremely hot outside this weekend and we were very grateful for the efficiency of the AC! I had to buy a Tybee sweatshirt to sleep in it was so nice and cold! Very beach accessable and we enjoyed being so close to shopping. Restaurants and the pier for sunset strolls!
