Notre maison de ville confortable bĂ©nĂ©ficie d'un emplacement fantastique et de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour rendre votre sĂ©jour inoubliable. PremiĂšrement, l’arrĂȘt de bus gratuit est situĂ© Ă  quelques pas de la maison de ville. Le bus vous emmĂšnera en deux minutes au Snow Park Lodge de Deer Valley pour prendre les remontĂ©es mĂ©caniques Carpenter ou Silver Lake Express pour une magnifique journĂ©e de ski. Si vous prĂ©fĂ©rez Park City, prenez le bus dans l'autre sens pour vous dĂ©poser Ă  Lowell Ave ou Ă  l'historique Main Street en quelques minutes Ă  peine pour faire du ski, des restaurants et des magasins. Deer Valley Drive se trouve Ă  sept minutes Ă  pied de la rue principale historique.

Super close to base lodge and town!

In the most perfect and safe location literally 15 foot steps from front door to bus stop to get to ski school and base lodge easily. very close to town as well. Host is awesome and response. The townhouse looked much better than the photos so we were pleasantly surprised! House came equip with everything you need to cook/shower. I would recommend to replace towels, they had a musty smell, so did the washer/dryer. Also beds are very high, if you have children, line the edge with pillows! Other than that, it was a perfect stay. Cant recommend this place enough!

Lovely park city vacation!

We had an amazing ski trip here! The Vrbo was clean and a great size for two couples. It’s conveniently located a short walk to Main Street and immediately in front of a bus stop that takes you to deer valley. The host was communicative and we loved the property! Thanks and hope to be back next year!

Short distance from everything

Our kids had a great time at the condo. Lit the fire enjoyed French press and the proximity to family up the hill on pinnacle. Owner was very responsive with any questions we had thank you for making our holiday very festive.

Deer Valley

We skied three days at Deer Valley. The condo is literally located on a bus stop so it was Very convenient to ride to and from Snow Park Lodge, and the condo has its own garage which was very convenient to park in. The hot tub was great. The kitchen was small (appropriately sized for a two bedroom condo) but well appointed with a nice gas range and vent to the outside. The showers had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The beds were comfortable, but I missed my bed and pillow from home. Because the condo overlooks Deer Valley Drive, there is some road noise, although there was virtually no traffic overnight. The carpet in the bedrooms look a little tired. But overall it was a really nice place to stay for my wife and I and our almost 13yo son, and we feel blessed that we could stay here. Brent the owner checked on us a couple of times to make sure we were happy.

Great apartment near Deer Valley

We had a nice four night stay at Greyhawk. The location was excellent - free bus right outside the door. We rented an SUV this time and enjoyed the free garage parking under the building. Apartment was very clean and well appointed. Brent is easy to talk to and made sure we had everything we needed. Would stay again without hesitation.

Adult family ski getaway

Terrific condo and perfect for 2 couples. The bedrooms are separated by the common living area so a lot of privacy. The bus stop is right across the condo. I did not give a 5 for the location as it faces the street and I am a light sleeper but otherwise it is perfect. The managers were responsive and helpful.

Deer Valley Ski trip

The property is located right above a Park City Transit bus stop which is super convenient and makes it very easy to get to Deer Valley and/or Park City. The spa is perfect and looked new but it is right above the main road and adjacent to the stairs so don't expect privacy. The parking is located inside a parking garage and has plenty of room. Having stayed in so many places where you have to park outside, we really appreciated parking out of the elements. The communication, check in and information provided was outstanding and some of the best we have had. The condo is 3 stories with 2 master bedrooms. One on the top floor, living space on the main floor and they other room on the bottom floor. So whether you have kids or another couple, it's perfect. Cons; the cleaning service left a rotten, molded tangerine on the floor and a previous guest's sock in the bed frame. The condo just didn't feel very clean. The beds, sheets blankets, dishes and coffee cups could be newer and updated. Newer beds would be a major improvement. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we would stay there again.

Exactly as Advertised

Brent is a great host, very easy to communicate with. The space was as advertised, two full ensuite bedrooms on different floors, making it very comfortable for two couples. Kitchen was well stocked, and the hot tub modern and comfortable. Location was a 10min walk to Old-Town and restaurants, so no need to drive. Great stay.

Great Stay Deer Valley/Park City Condo

Fantastic stay! Location was perfect- bus stop immediately outside- catch the bus to both Deer Valley and Park City Mountain free! Hot tub after a great day skiing. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Very clean. Lots of room. Management was easy to contact- but really we had no needs. Can't wait to stay here again!! They thought of everything- Utah mountains are dry- they had skin lotion, humidifiers and filtered water. Very impressed

Prime Location

This townhome is located in a prime location on the free Park City bus route for easy access to Park City and Deer Valley. Elevator makes access with luggage, skis and groceries easy. Owner provides an excellent introductory package and responds promptly to inquiries. Check in was easy via code locks. New kitchen appliances.

We are native Floridians but love to snow ski. We try to get out to ski as often as we can!!! We also enjoy hiking and biking in the summer time.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

In one word, location!!! It is easy to get to Deer Valley, Park City or The Canyons from the bus stop just outside the townhouse. Matter of fact, there are two bus stops so that you can go either way. The bus stop is only 63 steps from our front door. Many places the stops are a very good hike to get to them.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We really like the two master bedroom suites with one down stairs and one up stairs with the main area in between which is ideal for two couples. The location of the two bus stops just in front of the townhouse with one going to Deer Valley and the other to Park City and The Canyons so you don't have to wait for the bus to loop around.
