Welcome to Vista Hills Retreat. 4 stories, huge bedrooms including a studio suite with kitchenette, massive balconies, gourmet kitchen, game room, office & library, pool with diving board & slide. This amazing home sits on 2 gorgeous acres to enjoy and explore. Minutes to Vista downtown, shopping, restaurants, breweries, hiking, biking, beaches, zoos, and Legoland!

**House has exterior security cameras and noise sensors**

Please Note:
The entire house and property is available to guests.
No loitering or parking on shared driveway beyond red line.
Other things to note:
Pet and hot tub/spa fee applies. Please message us prior to arrival to arrange payment. Maximum amount of guests is 18. Please note: pool slide is not operable

We enjoyed our stay. It was big enough to accommodate our large family. The property is beautiful surrounded by nature . You can hear the birds in the morning and the patio was a perfect place to have coffee in the morning. Grandkids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub was a perfect way to end the day after travel and walking around at Legoland all day.

The host was amazing. The house fit our big family perfectly. Any questions or concerns we had we got a quick response! The kids absolutely loved the pool.

Great for a large group

This house was great for our large group. Lots of room in the house and kitchen where no one felt like they were on top of each other. The location is pretty quiet up on the hill. And there are a ton of hawks in the area which were amazing to watch. I think it is important to note that there is an extra charge to use the hot tub so if that is a selling point for your stay, inquire on what that costs up front because it was more than we were willing to pay.

I had family fly in for my wedding and they stayed at Kristen and Mike’s place and it was AMAZING. First off they both reached out before hand and asked if there was anything they could do to make my family’s stay more comfortable. They also were very clear on the check in process. The home its self was beautiful. Super spacious (felt like it went on forever), and had more than enough beds. The property is amazing with a fire pit and games for outside activities. There is a pool and hot tub but no one in my party took advantage. Also the balconies were so nice, perfect for morning coffee. It was also 6 minutes away from our wedding venue which was perfect for us. I would 100% recommend this place for anyone who has a bigger group of people.

We loved the pool and three bedrooms were good. Living room furniture was very shabby and dirty. Other three bedrooms were interconnected with only one bathroom. One had to go to the bedrooms through each other.The amenities in the house were next to nothing. The management of the house could be better.

Host was very communicative. We had some feedback after our stay and they genuinely seemed interested in it. House was a great size for our stay. Pool and hot tub were fun! Pool table was a big hit. Could use more silverware, more space heaters, hangers and new beds for upstairs. Location was super convenient.

This rural area of Vista is a special location offering peaceful and scenic ambience away from the hustle and bustle. This area is also a short distance to all the attractions that bring visitors beautiful San Diego - beaches, restaurants, shopping, Legoland, Disney, wineries, wedding venues. We are far enough from the coast to beat the coastal cloudiness that can occur, but close enough that you can hop in your car on a gorgeous day (which is most of them around here) and be at the beach in a matter of minutes.

This property sits on one acre of land so there is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your time - hang by the pool or enjoy the multiple balconies. This homes layout is functional for all types of groups. Offering large gathering areas where everyone can be together, and spacious bedrooms when you need to branch off and have your own space. There is even a third floor living area with a private balcony!
