Recently remodeled home located in the beautiful Shadowridge community right at the border of Carlsbad and Vista. Includes inflatable hot tub, Fire Pit, BBQ Grill, first and second level bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, an office with an extra monitor setup. 3 car driveway and lots of street parking too. The home has a video camera doorbell for security purposes that will be on and recording when it detects motion during your stay. There is also a security camera on the back of the house. This is primarily used for security between guests and turned off during guests' stays unless there is a complaint from a neighbor.

House Rules:

1. Have fun! We are thrilled to have you as our guests.
2. Check in is 4pm or later. This gives us time to have it ready for your arrival. We can be flexible upon request and approval.
3. Check out is 11am or earlier. We can be flexible upon request and approval.
4. No parties or large gatherings. Our neighbors enjoy a quiet neighborhood, and we don’t want that to change. Please be courteous to them.
5. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. No noise outside between those hours. If you have a meal or other activity outdoors with the guests, we would ask that you be considerate of those sleeping around you.
6. No unregistered guests without prior approval.
7. If you break, stain, or damage something, please let us know ASAP. If we don’t know, we cannot fix it. Often, things can be repaired easily, without a charge to you. However, if we discover the damaged item, you’ll be charged the cost and labor.
8. No fires in the fireplace. It is zip-tied and does not function.
9. No shoes on in the house. With this being a beach town, you’ll be glad not to have sand everywhere. We ask that all guests remove their shoes when entering the house.
10. Absolutely no drugs. We like a good time, but no controlled substances are allowed. Alcohol is ok for guests 21 years or older.
11. Absolutely no smoking inside. If you smoke outside, please do so 30 ft or more from any open doors or windows. Be courteous & clean up your butts & ash.
12. No animals of any kind allowed. We love pets, but many of our guests have allergies.
13. Please put ONLY toilet paper in the toilets. We don’t want you to need a plumber during your stay! Sanitary products, tissues, etc. should be placed in the trash.
14. Please put food waste in the trash. Contrary to popular belief food is not meant to go down the garbage disposal – it damages and clogs the pipes.
15. Please turn off AC, lights, TVs, etc. when not in use. Mother nature thanks you for doing your part in conservation. Try windows and the screen doors for a nice breeze.
16. Please keep the doors locked when away. Though this is one of the safest places in town, we want to protect your belongings and ours during your stay.
17. Trash Day. If you are here on a Thursday night, please set the 3 trash/recycling/yard waste bins at the curb. Please bring them back beside the house when emptied.
18. Hot Tub. The hot tub water level rises when bodies are in it, so please limit to 4 people in the hot tub at a time. Also, at no time should children be unattended in the hot tub. Please do not use if you are pregnant, “potty training” or in diapers, or have any medical conditions that should prevent you from doing so. Please wash off before entering.
