The property is well maintained, clean and comfortable. The kitchen had cookware and plenty of dishes, mugs, glassware, etc. The host provided coffee pods for the Keurig. Large washer/dryer. The host responded quickly to questions.

Place was amazing!

The pictures on this place does it no justice, it looks good in the pictures but AMAZING in person. The hosts were very nice, this place was very well taken care of, and everything is new. It is independently part of the owner property but they ensure you have the privacy for you and them.They left us little things to make it extra, the fire pit was awesome on the front patio, and it was just great overall! Thank you hosts.If you are looking for a great place to stay, 100% worth picking this place.

Clean and comfy

Beautifully updated, fully stocked place. We weren’t here long. The place was very clean and comfortable. Loved the mattresses! Nice location. I wish they would add some hooks, coat racks for all the stuff people have to hang and my only beef is being asked to take the sheets off the bed
I shouldn’t have to do that when I’m paying a cleaning fee.

Charming, high quality home suiting all needs

Absolutely adorable home with equally distributed space in the bedrooms, living space and front patio. The craftsmanship of the cottage is high end and well thought out. The place feels more like a full time home than a vacation rental and the beds were so comfy. This Location is less than 20 minutes to Shasta Lake, 25 minutes to Whiskeytown and has trails for walking very nearby. Love this place will definitely stay again if going up for vacation or a nice stop between Oregon & CA.

Dubbed the Cozy Cottage by our children


Lovely place for our family to stay and easy access to everything. Comfortable with all the amenities we needed (clothes washer/dryer, dishwasher, hair dryer, etc.) and more (toothbrush/paste, cotton balls/swabs, Keurig, tea, etc.) to feel at home. Enjoyed the warm fireplace and especially the fire pit for roasting marshmallows! Josh was pleasant and communicative even after we checked out because we left behind some items. We hope for another chance to come back and explore more of the area. Thank you!

Great stay in Redding! Off the beaten path but still convenient to freeways. Good amenities and very up-to-date fixtures and styling in the cottage. Excellent institutions and overall communication with host. Definitely 5 stars!

The unit was very nice and everything felt a step above. We felt like webwere treating ourselves special by renting this home. It was convenient, stylish, decked with amenities, and a place to return to.

Lovely cottage, very comfortable and very clean. The interior was beautifully decorated, kitchen was well supplied and we appreciated the thoughtful coffee station. Large gas fireplace to enjoy along with a nice library of books. The king sized beds were very comfortable. We wished we could have enjoyed this space a little longer. Our host, Josh, was always available for anything we needed. Highly recommend this cute cozy cottage.
