Check out our lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. It’s in a great location in east-central Redding, just a block away from miles of walking trails at Lema Ranch, just a couple of minutes from the core shopping center, and a quick and easy 8 minutes from Bethel church. The master bedroom has a comfy king bed (hybrid memory foam mattress) with a great walk-in closet (great place to setup the included pack-n-play for a little one) and separate bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has a comfortable queen bed, also with a hybrid memory foam mattress. The third bedroom has a fun bunk bed with a twin memory foam mattress on top and a full memory foam mattress on the bottom. The kitchen is well stocked, including a Keurig, standard coffee maker, 6-burner gas stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, large French-door refrigerator, and ample dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans, and cooking dishes and utensils. The living room includes a queen sleep sofa and a smart TV for streaming from your subscription services via Airplay or Chromecast. The house has a spacious back yard with patio furniture, a propane grill, and afternoon shade. There is a full size, high-efficiency washer and dryer set. The house is air conditioned with a Nest thermostat for comfort and efficiency. WiFi with high speed cable Internet is included. The driveway includes paved parking for 2 cars and there is gravel parking to the south side of the house behind a gate for your boat or travel trailer. For those with little ones, a high chair and booster seat are included, as well as the pack-n-play mentioned above. (Transient Occupancy Tax Account #82-511-23474)

Fayette House was Wonderful! The kitchen had Everything. The beds were Very Comfortable. We spent a lot of time at Lema Ranch, and Kids Kingdom. In the evenings we watched movies on the Big Screen. We had a Peaceful and Enjoyable Vacation!

My family and I had a wonderful time! Pride in ownership is evident!! The home’s layout is very functional with lots of space for family to spend together, eat a meal, and spread out into separate sleeping quarters. The kitchen is large and well equipped; everything needed is provided. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there! The host is very attentive to guest’s needs and quick to respond to messages. The location is also perfect!!! A great stay!!!

We enjoyed a full week at Fayette House in Redding! It is conveniently located to all things Redding! We did day trips from the house a couple of days and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood & patio most evenings. Highly recommend!

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. Sat out on the patio in the mornings in the private fenced-in back yard. Parked our rental car in the garage. We didn't cook much or do laundry, but there seemed to be everything needed to do so. Great location. I couldn't ask for a better place.

We rented this home for our daughter, sil and 5 grands during a recent visit. The home had everything they needed, was children friendly and was located near shopping and has easy freeway access too.
