Welcome to your perfect Black Hills getaway! This newly built, 3400+ sq. ft. spacious property has been designed for both relaxation and adventure. With 5 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms spread across 2 levels, there's ample space to accommodate your entire group comfortably. The home boasts an open floor plan with huge windows that bathe the living spaces in natural light. The modern kitchen and living area seamlessly connect to a walk-out covered deck, where you can enjoy outdoor dining or simply take in the serene views. The large fireplace in the living room is perfect for kicking back and enjoying the cool evenings.

A fully paved driveway leads to an oversized two-car garage, perfect for storing vehicles, ATVs, or snowmobiles. On the lower level, you'll find a large open living area with a TV, which walks out to a patio featuring a hot tub and a cozy seating area for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Located in the highly sought-after Powder House Pass subdivision, you’ll have access to a fantastic community clubhouse, complete with a game room and two pools—one of which is heated year-round for winter relaxation. For the adventurers, you’re just off Rochford Road, south of Lead, SD, with direct access to some of the best ATV and snowmobile trails in the area. The trail is literally just across the road from the home which was very convenient. We had two pickups with enclosed trailers that fit in the driveway. The home is extremely nice! We were a group of 6 and the floor plan allowed everyone to have their own space. If you are planning a vacation to the Black Hills I would highly recommend this home!

They had everything we needed for our kitchen needs. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept well. The hot tub option is great and was very well maintained. Budi was helpful in answering all our questions before arrival and the check in process was very smooth. *one note is the air in the house is very dry, so if you are sensitive to this I would recommend bringing a humidifier for sleeping.
