Entrez dans cette maison nouvellement construite loin de chez vous dans la magnifique forêt des Black Hills! Hideaway Haven est une maison de rêve de 5 chambres, 4. 5 salles de bain située dans la nouvelle subdivision de la région, Powder House Pass. Vous aurez beaucoup d'espace pour vous sentir seul dans les bois, mais toujours à proximité de toutes les commodités locales dont vous venez aux Black Hills pour profiter - sentiers de VTT / motoneige, Terry Peak et Deer Mountain, Deadwood et Lead, et à seulement 40 minutes en voiture du mont Rushmore et de tout le plaisir des Black Hills centrales!

Cette nouvelle propriété dispose d'une terrasse tentaculaire, d'un foyer au gaz dans la table sur le pont pour les nuits fraîches des Black Hills, d'une belle cuisine avec des comptoirs en granit et de multiples cheminées pour vous donner un coup de pied. Il y a 5 chambres au total - deux avec lits king, deux avec lits queen, deux pleine grandeur et un lit jumeau dans un autre. Il y a aussi un loft avec un coin salon. Enfin et surtout, il y a un garage pour deux voitures pour apporter vos jouets et profiter d'une certaine protection après une longue journée sur les sentiers. C'est le meilleur de tous les mondes! Vous avez également accès au club-house local qui comprend une table de palets, une table de billard, une piscine chauffée ouverte toute l'année et un foyer au propane. Avec toutes ces commodités, vous aurez du mal à trouver une meilleure cabine!

Si vous apportez vos VTT, le réseau de sentiers est à distance de conduite de la propriété, et vous pouvez les conduire jusqu'à Recreational Springs en quelques minutes de route. Vous serez à quelques minutes de Deer Mountain et de Terry Peak, et en 10 petites minutes, vous pourrez jouer à Deadwood! L'extrémité sud de Spearfish Canyon est accessible à Cheyenne Crossing à seulement 5 minutes en voiture de la propriété. We stayed a bit out of season in early October and the neighborhood was really quiet. Great access to some incredible walking / hiking trails. Just a quick ride to Lead and a few minutes more to Deadwood. We will be back for sure. Owner was a very easy to work with and simple instructions to follow.

Family reunion

This vacation property worked well for family reunion, everyone was able to have their own space when needed abd gather on the huge outdoor deck for games, social time , hot tubbing and deer watching. The development had community building with swimming pool which children enjoyed. The neighborhood was great for walking and the mickelson trail was accessible for walking. Lead deadwood are close for grocery shopping and restaurants This rental worked great for our needs in the northern black hills area. Bobbies is great ice cream shop outside leAd.

Long weekend getaway

Great location, close to Lead/Deadwood, which was very nice! The cabin was very nice, clean and well stocked. Kids enjoyed the games at the cabin and in the clubhouse during the evenings. Hope to return someday!

Awesome

This is a great home! Loved the decor and floor plan. Location was perfect for our group of side by side riders. Three trucks and trailers just fit. The hot tub was awesome and we enjoyed all the comforts of home that were provided with the house. Budi was fantastic to work with.

There is so much room inside and has everything you could possibly need while you stay. We cooked a few meals and never ran short of utensils, pots or pans. And the pots and pans are high quality vs others weve stayed in. The property is located perfectly with easy access to Terry Peak and Deadwood. If you are overwhelmed with all the properties to pick from you can be sure you'll love this one!

Family President’s Day Vacay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We brought our 5 kids and friends (total 9 adults) for Presidents Day weekend. We arrived on Friday evening and found the cabin to be prepared for us to enjoy. All of the amenities for us to prepare meals and relax were available. The kids found the community center, hung out there for some time, playing pool and shuffle board. The location to Terry Peak was a short 10 minute drive, perfect for getting to the slopes. We all enjoyed the hot tub daily. The cabin was spacious, allowed for all of us to find space to relax after a day on the slopes.

Loved the open living room and huge kitchen island for all of our down time and meal times. Bedrooms and bathrooms were also fantastic and we appreciated how well it was supplied with items like towels, blankets, toilet paper, and garbage bags, since that isn't always the case with rentals.

Large group 4x4 Black Hills adventure

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented out 2 houses for 4 nights in the Powderhouse Pass subdivision. The houses were very clean and well furnished. They were very close to orv trails and we spent 3 full days 4 wheeling through the Black Hills without having to trailer our machines at all. We didn't have any problem on our stay from check-in to check-out and communication with Black hills Adventure Lodging was great. The houses were everything we were hoping for and more. We do a couple of trips a year to the Black Hills and we are a group of 25 people so having our lodging plans go smoothly makes the trip much more enjoyable. I will be using Black Hills Adventure Lodging for all of our trips in the future. I highly recommend using them if you are planning on exploring the Black Hills.

Annual Friend Getaway

The cabin was beautiful and perfect for our group. We had a wonderful time and the location was perfect for the activities we wanted to do. We took advantage of the Community building, which was very well maintained, clean and the grounds were so pretty. Loved seeing the wildlife and the beautiful scenery. If you’re looking for a nice relaxing getaway, this is the place for just that.

The big island in the kitchen with seating on both sides was a great place for us all to sit and play games and socialize with our family that gathered together. The mornings on the front porch watching the sunrise in the rocking chairs was our favorite way to start the day. Everything about the Hideaway Haven was comfortable from the furniture to the beds to the decor. Hoping we can all come back again.

Great house....management company needs some work.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived in the afternoon during July 2023 with a party of 13 people. The house was lovely and the location was good. However, when we arrived we realized there were only 5 wash cloths and 12 towels. When I texted the number that I was given to contact with any issues I received a text back asking for name on reservation and then did not hear anything else. When I did not receive a response back, I called the number a few hours later and explained the situation and the lady said “well obviously you have enough for this evening” .....there were 13 people and we had 6 washcloths? Obviously when you advertise a house sleeps 13 people then you should have at the least 13 towels and 13 washcloths. We did not receive the washcloths until the following day at noon. The remotes had dead batteries and I asked for batteries and do not receive them. Also, propane tank for outside fireplace was empty. The dryer took forever to dry clothing. You had to run it through the dry cycle two times to get a load of clothes dried. The house was very nice and had great decor. The management and cleaning company could use some work.

Family Black Hills Getaway

Great property for a large family get together. Each family had their own space/bathroom and the kids could share the bedroom with bunks comfortably. The hot tub was a great feature on the cool nights. We enjoyed the common pool area as well and a plus was it was heated to a comfortable temperature given the cooler temps. Beautiful home and excellent location.
