Three Bedroom. Outdoor Space. Game Room. Walk to Doak and College Town.

Located in Tallahassee only a half mile from Doak Campbell Stadium, enjoy what this 3-bedroom house has to offer. With 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, guests will find a fantastic and welcoming space to relax. The property also features a living room with a queen size sofa bed. Complete with fast WiFi (500GB), game room with shuffleboard, arcade games, and TV. Outdoor space includes plenty of seating for lounging and dining with a fire pit, charcoal grill, and string lights. All bedrooms have TVs ready for you to stream whatever services you regularly use. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

The house is located in an older established neighborhood. Neighbors are a mixture of students, small families, and other short term rentals. Don't be surprised if there is an occasional nearby party.

Door code will be sent prior to arrival. This will unlock the front door. Back gate can be unlocked if needed. I can provide code at a later date, but please keep locked if you are not on the property.

Switch immediately inside front door operates outdoor light and living room lamp. The switch for the overhead light in kitchen is location by the refrigerator, There is another switch by the back door that operates light over sink. The other switches by the back door operate a flood light and outdoor string lights.

There is bedding for the sleeper sofa in the hallway closet. We also have extra items in the case you forget like sewing kit, feminine products, first aid, etc.

Clean place with plenty of parking. Nice backyard that would be perfect for entertaining, not that we used it because of rain short stay. Perfect for football due to walking distance to stadium.

The property was exactly as advertised and David was responsive and helpful throughout the process and our stay. The backyard space was perfect for socializing with family and friends. We look forward to our next trip!

Location is awesome, within walking distance of Doak Campbell. Beds are really comfortable and the backyard space made life awesome. Highly recommend this one.

Great place to stay!

House and area were great. Was a little busy/noisy at night but it is a college town and close to campus. So there were several college parties up the road. Only downside was random cars parking in front of the house for a few hours while they went to a party. But not a big deal. We really enjoyed our stay and the house was comfortable and the kids had a blast with all the games.

This was such a fabulous house, beautifully renovated and super clean. David’s communication was excellent. It was the most well appointed house I have stayed in. Everything you could possibly need was there from coffee (exceptional offerings) to personal care amenities. We were visiting FSU for a tour and it was easily walkable. The game room was appreciated by my boys. I only wish we would have had more time to spend at the house. Hopefully we will be back!

Cross Country State Champs

We needed to book with short notice as Grandson qualified for the CC State Championship. Found the listing (had to accommodate 8) and the price was excellent. Check in was easy and the owner David communicated very clearly on wifi, check in codes and had plenty of bedding, bath items and the game room was the winner as we were able to entertain 4 kids (4,6,12,17). The yard space is clean and friendly and we wished we had booked for a longer stay as its inviting for smores, corn hole, tag and more. The home is clean and newly updated. The single bath didn't pose a huge challenge for us. Highly recommend and would book again.

Originally from Alabama, but my wife and I have been residents of Tallahassee since 2011 and quickly fell in love with the city. We frequent local establishments and are very involved in the community, so don't hesitate to ask for local information or recommendations.

The neighborhood is close to everything college related. Most of the neighbors are students and the house is in walking distance of Doak Campbell Stadium and College Town. Both about a half mile from the house. Please realize this house is nearby student housing and they may or may not have parties nearby.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our property is one of the closest houses to the stadium and college town. You can easily walk to a variety of restaurants, bars, football, baseball, softball, etc. Even the civic center is less than two miles away. Downtown is about two miles away. We also have a great outdoor space as well as arcade games and shuffleboard inside.
