Park House is located in the convenient Franklin / Call Street neighborhood just minutes from downtown. Easily walk to local favorites like Bar 1903 and Il Lusso. The State Capitol is just 3 minutes away, and Florida State University and FAMU are about 5 minutes away. A grocery, mall and number of shopping centers are also just 3 minutes from the property.

The home is accessible via smartlock. An access code will be provided upon booking.

Please note the home's main entrance is on the right side, at the covered patio. Please do not attempt to enter through the front door.



Park House is a lovingly restored 1930's historic home walking distance to downtown Tallahassee. Careful attention was placed into maintaining the original character while adding clean, modern finishes. The 4-bedroom, 2-bath, 2-story home boasts multiple living spaces, a full office, fitness space, game area, backyard with fire pit and putting green, and more!

This home allows small dogs on a case by case basis - please provide information about your dog(s) to confirm approval. We unfortunately do not allow cats or other animals.

The home has king beds in the two downstairs bedrooms, and queen and full beds in the two upstairs bedrooms.

A pack-n-play is provided for your convenience., and can be found in the primary bedroom closet.

This is a 1930's home with original hardwood floors. It can have an "older home smell" - we routinely quality check the home and have found no true issues in this regard.

Please note that hot water may take a few minutes to heat up, especially in colder months.

Many lights work with switches and remotes, please ensure both are on. Ceiling fans have bright and warm light modes - turn on twice for warm light.

If needed there is a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink, and another upstairs by the bathroom.

The home is equipped with exterior security cameras.
