Relax in this conveniently located Flagstaff home, featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, & room for up to 6 guests. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need—just bring the food! Enjoy the outdoor grill, 2 fire pits, & ample seating under the stars. We have a horse shoe game outside, plus ping pong, darts, and a TV in the garage for your enjoyment. Close to NAU, Historic Downtown, and highways to Snowbowl, the Grand Canyon, Williams, Page, and Sedona. This funky fun '70s-era house is full of character, with newer comfortable furnishings and plenty of privacy for a perfect getaway. All bedrooms, living room and garage have smart TVs with Netflix and you can stream more from your personal device. Our place has a designated workspace with a view of towering pine trees and fast WiFi.
We are located near the end of a dead end street and there are walking trails there. Located in the Continental Country Club, there is the public club restaurant that’s about 1 mile away and has the best pork green chili and soft blue corn tortillas we have ever tasted. Enjoy watching the golfers on the restaurant’s expansive patio and watch kids play in the grassy area.
There is so much to see and do in this vibrant college town! The house is equipped with a manual with lots of activity and restaurant info to get you started.

Nestled in the shadow of towering pine forests and the majestic San Francisco Peaks, Flagstaff is a high-altitude haven that marries rugged adventure with tranquil beauty. This was an absolutely wonderful stay. The house had mostly everything you could have needed. Needs a cookie sheet in the kitchen, otherwise it was one of the most well stocked that we have had with Vrbo. Quiet area but still close enough to all the stores and restaurants. Thank you for a great stay, can’t wait to come back one day!

Easy check-in and excellent communications with the host. Lovely neighborhood and the house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. A minor issue was quickly resolved with the host. The home was as described in the listing and the only two things we didn’t notice in the write-up was one of the king beds was on the floor - not an issue for us. And there were two steps down into the living area - which was also not an issue. The kitchen and dining area wereexpansive with modern conveniences and lots of room for a family. We had a great time in the Flagstaff area which was improved by staying at the “cabin in the pines”.

Hi Gail, Thank you so much for the 10 out of 10 review. We do want to make one correction though-you mentioned that one of the king beds is on the floor. We think you are referring to the king size bed in the second bedroom. It is on a low profile modern style bed frame, not on the floor. This sweet retreat is convenient enough to jump on freeways when you want to explore nearby sites, but it's nestled in the community near the end of the road that opens to a bit of wilderness. We enjoyed taking in the view from this lookout and counting the types of wildflowers and peek of a prairie dog! The home was well stocked, beds were comfortable and all the amenities added fun, convenience and comfort to our trip. Communication with Winter was clear, timely and helpful. We really enjoyed being able to hike, walk downtown Flagstaff, eat at numerous restaurants, visit NAU and come back to this home to prepare a meal, watch a movie, play games, or read in the various spaces this home offers. Hope you enjoy the views as much as we did!

One of the best VRBOs we stayed at!Immaculate and well stocked. Everything well organized. The attention to detail was amazing. Table lamps in MBR has USB ports.Hair dryers in both full baths, as well as shampoo/conditioner.Well placed nightlights thru out.Well stocked kitchen with glassware, dishes, utensils, etc.Comprehensive house manual and local guide. The hosts were pleasant to work with and were quick to respond on the rare occasion we had a question. The back deck with firetable was a perfect place to relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the Arizona sunsets.Definitely on our short list.

Well supplied and roomy

A fun 70's house with all the updates. Large food prep area and table, large family room. Host has gone above and beyond to see to guests needs and comforts-well supplied kitchen, afghans, electric blankets, children's dishes/toys/sleep needs, usb ports, night lights, lots of fluffy towels, TV in every bedroom, even a printer and paper. Furnace really put out the heat. Loved the sun coming in the kitchen sky light. Yes, there are 2 washers and dryers! Grocery store nearby.
