Convenient, Comfortable, and Well-Equipped

We were very happy with our stay! We needed a place to stay during baseball week, and this was the perfect space — comfortable and relaxing between games. The location and neighborhood were exactly what we were looking for, and we were very pleased with the amenities provided. Overall, a great experience!

Not only was this house wonderful (clean, spacious, easy to get to) but the owner made everything just so easy. It was stocked with the necessities, check in was simple, check out was just as easy, and the owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. All the appliances worked and there were plenty of games for the kids. I highly recommend!

Clean and Quiet Getaway

We enjoyed our time in this home and the walkability of the quiet neighborhood for stretching our legs. The location is great with easy access to TAMU and all B/CS has to offer. The home is new, clean, comfortable, with plenty of room for a large family. Great kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway

Perfect house for my family! 5 of us stayed and we each had our own room. Spacious, comfortable and had whatever you may need. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Eddie answered questions promptly and was great! We would love to stay here again.

Spacious, comfortable

Overall we had a great stay for a great price. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of entertainment for the kids with a TV in each room and video game console. Spacious and plenty of room for a bigger family with 6 beds, including 2 kings.

I chose this neighborhood because of the location. It's minutes away from everywhere. The amazing neighborhood and the friendly people were a great plus.

There are not rear neighbors like many other properties. It is very quiet and centrally located so you are only minutes from anywhere.
