The stay in Las Vegas was perfect. The home's location (off the Strip) is perfect. Very clean and well maintained new home. Might want to extend your kitchen offerings as far as "regular" size drinking glasses, and maybe a larger coffee pot. Mostly the amenities were satisfactory, but could use a little improvement.

The property worked well for our group of 16. It was nice to have so many beds and 2 refrigerators. In our case, the two units were across the street from each other. It worked okay for us, but if you want the units to be right next to each other you might want to confirm that with the host ahead of time.

The Listing advertised a villa, however, when we arrived, we discovered it was actually 2 homes directly across the street. The homes were absolutely gorgeous! The decorations are beautiful. The home looks exactly like the pictures. The beds are very very comfortable. The setting was like being in our own homes!The only disappointing thing was that I wasn't given the code to access the properties until approx 4:30pm. However, if in Las Vegas again, I will book with host again.

Clean property in new home (2025). Beds comfortable. But property is pretty stark. No commonly expected items in the kitchen were available. Had to provide everything ourselves, including coffee filters and water.

First let me say, the properties are very beautiful. The check in was very smooth. The communications with the host were addressed timely and effectively. Everyone had their own space and was very comfortable. The kitchens were spacious and accommodating to all 16 of us. There were plenty of places around to shop and eat. We were a family of 15 senior citizens (55). and (1) 35 year old. Let me say the 16 stairs straight up to the 2nd floor were not good or safe for us. Insult to injury: try carrying luggage up all those stairs. The safety of the customer was left completely out of the equation. The issue of not being able to wear shoes up stairs was another very concerning issue. Wearing Socks proved to be a SAFETY ISSUE and that the floors were not clean, along with the rugs in the main bedrooms and in the living rooms in front of the TV’s (filthy). As a customer, we were not informed of the additional rules, in the house, but ARE VERY RELEVANT TO THE HOUSE/RENTAL. All bedrooms are upstairs and only (1) has a TV in it. The tubs in the bathroom central to the other 4 bedrooms were NOT conducive to us getting a shower, stepping up in the tub with NO handrails in the tub, on the wall or anywhere in the bathroom.The houses may be great for younger people, but the issues for Senior Citizens make it very difficult to rent this property again. The host done his part, however, there are things that NEED to be addressed.
