The 2 bedroom home has been newly renovated showcasing a peaceful view of Lake Erie on a quiet dead end street. The Oregon Inn restaurant is within walking distance to enjoy lunch or dinner. The home is surrounded by many State Parks. Including the Maumee Bay State park that has a public beach, nature trails to walk or ride bikes. If you golf there are two different golf courses close by. You will be just 10 minutes away from all the activities downtown Toledo with restaurants on the river, hockey, baseball, the Convention Center, and the imagination station science center. We are also not far from the Toledo Zoo and the Hollywood Casino. So much to enjoy with your family and friends. One last note! We have AC and an electric fireplace to keep the place as cool or cosy as you like.
Guest access: you will have access to the entire home entering with a front door code, including a full driveway for parking, a front porch, a back porch with lake views as well as an outdoor picnic table.
