Bakers Ridge Cottage - Near WVU Evansdale Campus, hospitals, stadium, & coliseum

This tiny house boasts class and comfort in a small package. This single-story house has one bedroom with one queen-sized bed, a very comfortable living room with a leather sofa and two comfortable chairs, a 65" TV with internet access, a large, eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher, and a study/office area with a large picture window facing the woods. There is also a convenient new compact washer/dryer. The latest bathroom has a walk-in shower with a fixed rain shower head and body spray.
The space
This property is located next door to Bakers Ridge Loft in case having two neighboring properties together is helpful. Bakers Ridge Cottage is close to area hospitals and rehabilitation centers as well as WVU's Evansdale campus, stadium, and coliseum.
Guest access
The entire cottage and left side of the parking lot is available to the guest.

My stay in bakers ridge cottage was absolutely wonderful. Craig the host was delightful. The cottage was very clean and close to main attractions. It was a very relaxing stay.

Great little house

This is a great little house in a quiet neighborhood. You are close to many dining options and the WVU. The property owners are very thoughtful and ensured there were plenty of outlets and night lights.

Just what you need and a little more.

All the comforts of home were there for our stay, didn't have to worry about anything. This place is a number one place for us to pick when visiting here in Morgantown from now on. Close enough to town yet it was very quiet. Property manager was very understanding when we had to change our dates. Communication was great...well on their part I texted some stranger on check out. Very clean and more than enough room for my wife and I.

Awesome deal / Wonderful stay

My stay was wonderful! The property is well-appointed & the owner was very helpful. There were a couple high points at this property that I don't think were showcased in the listing, but should be. First, there's a heater in the ceiling of the bathroom - that was an awesome surprise. The view from the office/laundry room is spectacular! The front porch is also big enough that a couple of people could sit there if it's ever nice out. There's also just about anything you could ever need in the kitchen (except a colander). The place was very clean, although the living room carpet had some stains. The only thing I think the owner could improve on is one of the house rules. It says to leave the thermostat on 60. I stayed in March & April...and was often freezing, despite being fully dressed & wrapped in blankets. One night it got down to 52 inside. It's probably nice & cool in the summer...As for the location, the neighbors on both sides are so horrible that I wouldn't recommend this place for more than a week or two despite how awesome the actual property is. Maybe they'll harass you less, but you should know that one has 3 huge dogs that aren't friendly & can't be controlled, so be careful if you bring your pet. The other has 2 small dogs that will get beaten if they bark at you.
