Property owner communicated with us the whole time, property was clean and inviting, walking distance to many things. Morgantown has to offer! We only stayed one night, however a longer stay would have been a little harder as the living room doesn’t have a ton of lounging space for a family of five.

This was our second visit to Erica’s apartment and we were not disappointed. She is a very gracious host and all furnishings and essentials are top of the line. We love her place! When in the Morgantown area, you need to experience it for yourself. You will be glad you did.

Amazing Apartment

Erica and Andrew were wonderful hosts at this beautifully decorated and relaxing apartment. We did not want to leave. Not only did they provide the basic necessities, but they offered many extras. Ex
night lights, tooth brushes and umbrellas to list a few. Reserve a stay at this centrally located amazing apartment. You will be glad you did!

Great location and apartment

The description of the apartment is spot on. It’s in a nice little building on high street. The location is great. You can walk to so many restaurants and bars. The river and Deckers creek trails are right behind the apartment. If you are taking a trip to visit WVU with your family the visitor center is a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovey place in a great location

It is a super cute apartment with just about everything you can ask for. The place was clean and even though you are downtown, wasn't super loud. Perfect for 5-6 people to stay. My only complaint was there wasn't great seating in the seating area. When we played card games that were offered in the apartment, we had to sit on the floor. But overall, I am really pleased and would stay here again. The owners are super helpful and responsive.
