Lakeside Townhouse close to highways & town center
Perched at one of the entrances to Cheat Lake is this classically styled Townhouse with 3 bedrooms and a designated office space with its own full bathroom! The master suite has its own patio that overlooks Cheat Lake and the deck out back is a great space to unwind. The ample space makes this property ideal for group travelers or those who want a little more room. Full garage access rounds this property out! Located minutes from I-68 and Suncrest town center/WVU campus'. This is a 4 story townhome, with the kitchen/living areas on the "2nd" floor and sleeping areas on the 3rd and 4th floors. The garage is usable for storage or parking. The garage door must remain shut when not in use. Please, no shoes past the 2nd floor. The best view of the lake is from the Master Bedroom balcony. The Kitchen has a "down draft" stove/oven. Note there is no hood/range above the appliance. Please turn the down draft fan on when using the stove/oven. The vapors are actually pulled down through the grate in the middle of the appliance and pushed outside. Guests will have access to the entire property, including the garage. The Gray/Stone house across the street, to the left of the mailboxes, including the gravel lot, is private property and off limits. A $250 fine is levied for trespassing. We live in a lakeside community so parking during peak seasons becomes an issue. Therefore our HOA enforces a strict No On Street Parking rule, as well as only 1 vehicle per driveway. Our unit offers an additional parking space inside the garage. Extra vehicles can be left in the Marina. We are local to the cheat lake area. Located in Mariner Village, a Townhome community nestled in one of cheat lakes many coves. Minutes from Lakeview Golf resort, I-68 or I-79 and WVU.
