The host company was amazing!! The entire staff we were communicating with was quick to respond and more than accommodating. They do go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and care free! Will definitely book them again for my next trip.

The location was perfect, lots of shopping, food, and drinks you can walk to! The hosts were so nice, responsive, and accommodating to all of our guests!

Host was great with communication during the whole stay and leading up. Excellent location in the heart of everything. We had a big group and booked the up and downstairs and had a blast!

The location was great, and the house was perfect for our 7 person bachelorette. Hosts were very responsive and offered shuttle to the airport for us which I thought was a nice feature

We will be back! This was very accommodating to our group of 8. Had everything we needed. Loved the outdoor hot tub and brand new seating. The courtesy shuttle was top notch and excellent communication from all the staff.

Very easy to deal with great host. The management company Rick and his team were awesome.A few minor issues that were fixed and addressed immediately.Would absolutely stay there again. Ease of it being on Duval Street made it worth everything.

This place is a hidden gem! We didn’t use the hot tub, but the place was clean and location was perfect! We will be coming back for sure! Loved the fact that we were able to check in a little early as well!

Nice place to stay because of its close proximity to all of the restaurants, shops and bars on Duval Street but it could use some upgrades and repairs. We all have the best intentions about disconnecting from the internet but sometimes you just can't help, especially for work, so it's important to have reliable internet. A full house requires a fully stocked bathroom (e.g. toilet paper, towels, etc.). A little TLC will make this a must stay VRBO.

Great place for a larger group. We went with 7 adult family members and the space was perfect. We rented both units, place was clean. Enjoyed the common outdoor area a lot, very comfortable. The location is perfect is you want to walk to everything. Shops, restaurants, bars. 3 great places for breakfast within 1 block. Did not rent scooters this trip because of location we did not need them and we stayed for a 3 day weekend. Would stay again . Only thing would like is a few more nice chairs in common area for sitting , but we moved a few additional chairs for the weekend and turned out well .

Great house! We had the upstairs and downstairs. We didn’t use the hot tub but we used the grill for our fresh caught spiny tail lobsters.The beds and bedding were super comfortable. The location can’t be beat!

Great place and location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cozy 2 bedroom apt style with nice amenities. Close to Duval and quiet from the normal street traffic noise.

The overall property was beautiful and the location was incredible. I did not realize they were two separate units until arrival, although it was not a huge deal as they are easily accessible through the outdoor staircase. The complimentary airport shuttle was amazing and helped our group save money on ubers. The host was always very quick to reply to questions and very helpful when I sent messages. My only feedback was the lack of toilet paper, trash bags, and general necessities. Part of renting a house is for the convenience of having a kitchen and livable items provided. There was enough toilet paper to last us only through the first night and the only trash bag provided was the one in the can. Granted, the checkout instructions informed us we did not have to take the trash out, but it made it hard throughout the week to keep it organized. There were also no oven mitts in the kitchen so when cooking we had to use towels. Overall though, we had an incredible experience and truly appreciated the hosts kindness and professionalism.
