The Space:

Paradise at Seahaven is a beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo located on the 16th floor with sweeping views of both the Gulf and Bay. With private balconies, an open layout, and plenty of space to relax, this home is ideal for families or groups looking for comfort, convenience, and unforgettable sunsets and sunrises.



You’re just a short stroll to the beach and minutes from Pier Park, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, and West PCB’s newest attractions — including the highly anticipated Pirates Voyage dinner show and Topgolf.



Living Space:

The open-concept living area connects seamlessly to the dining space and fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to gather, cook, and relax together. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, and everything you need for meals at home. The living room features a sleeper sofa and balcony access, offering additional sleeping space and beautiful views.



Sleeping Arrangements:

- This condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and offers privacy with en-suite bathrooms for every bedroom.

- Master Bedroom: King bed, bonus sitting area, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, and private balcony

- Guest Bedroom 1: King bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, and balcony access

- Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom

- Living Room: Sleeper sofa for additional guests

Additional Notes:

- Must be 25 years old to book and stay for the entire reservation

- No pets

- After booking, all communication will be handled through our guest messaging platform via text from an 850 number

- Rental agreement required prior to arrival

- $100 authorization hold for incidentals

Guests at Paradise at Seahaven have full, private access to the entire condo, including all three bedrooms, three bathrooms, the spacious living area, and private balconies off each bedroom and the living room. The fully equipped kitchen is available for guest use, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.



Guests also have access to shared on-site amenities, including a huge resort-style pool, hot tub, on-site movie theater, fitness center, and a guest laundry room. Parking is available in the private on-site garage, with parking passes and wristbands provided through the amenity package at check-in.



Beach access is conveniently located just across the street, allowing for quick and easy trips to the sand and surf throughout your stay.
